Kenny gets jealous.

Every breath you took, every sound you emitted always caused a rush of longing inside of him. It wasn't sexual, it wasn't lust. No, it was much more powerful than just that.

His unusually sharp eyes lingered on you as you went down the hallway to deliver a file to your superior. Kenny had thought this was a simple crush but as months passed, he realised he had fallen in love. No matter how cringe-worthy it was to him admitted it.

It's been an entire year and a half, he couldn't keep this up. Everything about you, everything on you, you, belonged to him.

He grunted and slammed his office door behind him, throwing his hat on the floor and storming to his seat. Kenny tried keeping himself busy so that you wouldn't come into his mind but it was no use. Everything reminded him of you.

At last, you came back and greeted the man with a smile and coffee. "I just saw you frowning all morning, I hope you haven't been up all night working." His heart danced at your concern. And it hit him instantly, that he could no longer keep his feelings to himself.

After finishing everything he needed to do, he would tell you how much he loves you and how much you light up his day. With the amount of happiness you made him feel, it was like you were a mass genocode.

Later that day, he had gone to find you and confess exactly what was keeping him up all night, the fact that you were making him go insane.

Until, he captured the infuriating sight in front of him. One of his own cadets were flirting with you, using every excuse in the book to touch you here and there.

Kenny scowled and cleared his throat clear enough for everyone to hear. He had to control himself in order not to kill but the urge was so strong. "All of you back to work!" Everyone cowered and turned to leave.

"Except you. Y/n L/n." He motioned with his hands for you to come closer and so you did, gazing dumbfoundedly up at him.

Once everyone had left, he gulped and exhaled as if he came back from a marathon. "Kenny?" You worriedly held his shoulders as he slightly bent down to keep himself up.

This was too much. Who knew a girl could make him this nervous?!

But the memory of a man being all over you and doing nothing about getting him off drained all of Kenny's sanity. "What the hell was that?" He gritted his teeth at her out of a sudden.

You blinked in confusion. "Sorry? What?"

"Letting another man touch you and talk to you like that, the hell is wrong with you?"

Red tinted at your cheeks when you subconsciously analysed his statement and came to a conclusion that he was... jealous?

"Kenny, I"-

"Don't Kenny me! Saying my name like that over and over again with that damned voice!"

Just as you were about to respond, he gripped your collar and slammed you against the wall. "Or do you say everyone's name like that?" He growled in your ear.

"N-No... it's just you... Kenny."

He sighed and moved his hands to slowly lace them with yours. The soft and dry sliding of his slender fingers against yours put him at peace. But not enough to calm him completely down.

"Tell me, Y/n, do you like seeing me mad? You seem to be smirking." He cocked a brow, a dangerous look in his eyes. He was pissed.

"I'm not! I've just never been this close to you."

"Do you like it?" He pushed himself on you further. You said nothing yet nervously nodded. "Do you... like me?" Kenny mentally slapped himself and thought about hiding in a closet and hit himself a million times like a schoolboy would.

"Yeah, a lot actually." You whispered against him. His jaw was right next to yours, every word he uttered was raspy and sent chills down your spine.

He slowly glared straight at you, anger burning in his ashy eyes. "You did that on purpose then? Making me jealous?"

"No!- well...not intentionally."

His lips found yours but before you could kiss back, he broke it and stood up properly, frowning at you with his cheeks bright pink.

"My office. Now."
