It's after shift and Maya has stayed late to finish up some paperwork. She then heads out at about 6. She gets in her car and without thinking drives to the hospital
"Took you long enough" Kelly says as he spots Maya at the door
"Im sorry" Maya says as she cautiously walks in
"Umm how...How have you been?" Maya asks looking at Kelly hooked up to all these monitors
"Hey my eyes are up here Casey" Kelly says as he laughs
"Right" Maya says as she snaps out of it
"You should really go see Dr.Charles" Kelly says as Maya turns her head to look at him
"What?! Who told you?!" Maya asks
"Have you ever noticed that your husband has no friends? Apart from you, me and his child?" Kelly says
"You've got a point" Maya says as she sits in the chair next to Kelly's bed
"Seriously Maya! You need to get better" Kelly says
"There's nothing wrong with me! I don't wanna be called the chief who can't catch her breath after a bad call! I'm already under looked in the CFD!" Maya says annoyed
"It was a panic attack Maya! That's serious!" Kelly says genuinely worried about Maya
"Who told you that? I was perfectly fine after 5 minuets!" Maya says defensive
"That's why Dr.Charles is writing a report on you then? Why he wants a consult!" Kelly shouts
"No he doesn't!" Maya says
"Why do you think he came by your house? For a chat? You live on the other side of town! Clearly he thinks there's something going on!" Kelly says annoyed
"I'm not doing this today Kelly!" Maya says as she grabs her things and walks out
Maya then gets in her car and dives home. When she gets in she can see Casey sitting with Noah on the couch
"That much paperwork huh?" Casey asks
"Yeah! Perks of being a chief" Maya says as she looks at the floor but pretends everything is okay
"I was just about to put Noah to bed" Casey says getting up
"I'll take him" Maya says as she grabs Noah and walks into his room
She sits on the rocking chair and feeds him
"Do you think there's something wrong with mommy?" Maya asks
Noah then let's out a cute yawn
"No there's nothing wrong with me...Surely" Maya says unsure
