It's the day of the parade and Maya has just finished getting ready. Maya puts Noah into his firefighter costume which is far to big for him
"I think he needs to grow into it!" Maya says as she laughs at Noah
"He looks just like his mum" Casey says as he plants a kiss on Mayas forehead
"Are you ready to go?" Maya asks as she stands up with Noah on her hip
"Yep! Let's go! Come here kiddo!" Casey says as he takes Noah and they walk out
They drive down to firehouse 7 where the parade is getting ready to set off. Maya spots Herrmann and his family
"Cindy!" Maya says as she smiles
"Hello!" Cindy says as she hugs Maya
"Hi auntie Maya!" Annabelle says enthusiastically
"Well hello there princess!" Maya says as she gets down to her level
"Are you excited for the parade?" Maya asks
"Yeah! I get to walk down with daddy!" Annabelle says as Maya laughs
"How cool is that!" Maya says before getting back up
Maya and Casey chat to everyone else from the firehouse until it's time to start. Maya is at the front along with all the other chiefs and they are all in their firefighter uniforms. Maya turns around to see Noah smiling like mad
"Love you" Maya mouths to Casey
"Love you more" He mouths back
They all then March down to 51 where they see tons of booths set up. There's food, Drinks and games and everyone is having a great time
"You really outdid yourself huh?" Kelly says as he smiles
"We all needed a break" Maya says as Grissom takes the stage
"Good Morning everyone! I hope you are all enjoying today's wonderful event!" Grissom says as everyone looks at him
"Let's turn our attention to our wonderful host who put this all together! Chief Maya Avery!" Grissom says as everyone looks at her a cheers
"Speech!" Kelly shouts
"Speech!" Everyone at 51 shouts
Maya then walks up and takes the mic
"Thank you Grissom! These past 7 years in the CFD have definitely been a wild ride. As most of you know I lost my baby 2 years ago and I could have not had better support! Everyone was so understanding and always checked in on me. During my time at the CFD it brought me back to old times, I met my husband here and work alongside him everyday! I've had the chance to present captains awards to my best friend and husband. Thank you to everyone who supported me and stood by my side" Maya says as they all cheer
Everyone goes back to what they were doing and Maya navigates her way over to Casey
"Your the best do you know that?" Casey says as Maya rests her head on his shoulder
"I wouldn't have made it through the last 7 years without you, I love you Matt Casey" Maya says
"I love you Maya Casey" Casey says as he kisses her
