"Oh my god! Are you sure chief?" Maya asks
"I'm more than sure! I retire in 5 months! It will give you time to get your act together!" Boden says smiling
"Thank you chief! You won't regret this!" Maya says giving him a hug and walking away
Maya skips along to her quarters and Kelly follows her
"I'm gonna be a chief! A battalion chief!" Maya shouts enthusiastically
"I knew you could do it!" Kelly says smiling
Maya then gives Kelly a giant hug and Casey appears at the door
"Hey Matt!" Maya says smiling
"Hey! I'm so happy for you!" Casey says smiling
"Thank you!" Maya says awkwardly
"I'll Leave you guys to talk" Kelly says walking out
"It looks like I'm staying here then.." Maya says as she sits down on her bed
"I'm sorry Maya, I really am" Casey says sitting down at her desk
"Hey it's fine! We both said things we didn't mean!" Maya says smiling
"I didn't mean to bring up the whole kid thing! I know that it's never gonna happen for me! Maybe that's just the universes way of telling me Ill never be a dad!" Casey says as he looks out fo the window
"I know! And I wish with every bone in my body that I could give you a daughter or a son! That's one of the reasons that I didn't move on! Because I knew that it would never go anywhere!" Maya says as tears welling up in her eyes
"But all I know is that our daughter and mystery baby up there would be so proud of us!" Maya says looking out and up at the sky
"What would you have called her?" Casey asks
"I loved the name Anna! Or Adeline!" Maya says smiling
"If the mystery baby was a boy I loved the names Luca or Noah!" Casey says as Maya smiles at him
"There beautiful names honey!" Maya says as she checks the time
"Shoot I'm late! I have an appointment with my OBGYN!" Maya says grabbing her things and running out
She drives down to the hospital and rushes in. The doctor greets her right away
"How have you been Mrs Casey?" The doctor asks
"I've been doing great! I just got a big promotion at work and things are just going great!" Maya says smiling
"Well pop up on the bed and we will check everything's okay in your stomach!" The doctor says as Maya lays down
The doctor gets the ultrasound ready and her face falls when she looks at it
"What?! Is something wrong?" Maya asks
"Maya did you know you were 5 months pregnant?" The doctor asks
"What?!" Maya replies shocked
