p.c ~ test

Tulsa, Oklahoma. Y/n's house.
Monday, 1966.
07:32 a.m.

I heard the loud ringing of my alarm. I went to turn it off. I looked at it and I only had a few minutes to get ready. I immediately got up. I look next to me, Pony was there sleeping. I shook him up. He groans and turns the other way.

"Ponyboy! We have school!" I said, trying to get him to wake up. Eventually he got up, very slowly. I got up and went to brush my teeth and change. Once I got ready, Ponyboy was shirtless, in his jeans.

"Cmon Pone, we're gonna be late. Just put on some deodorant and cologne and a shirt. We're biking to school, we missed the bus." I said as I paced around my room, looking for my notebooks and pencils.

"Babe, relax. You don't have to rush." He said. "We're gonna be late, Ponyboy. I have a test today." I said. "Okay, I'll go get ready." He says, putting his hands up in the air. He got into the bathroom. While he was in there, I was done packing my stuff and went to the kitchen to grab snack.

"Hey Em, is mom still asleep?" I asked my sister. She hummed in response as a yes while she watched TV. Pony got out of my room with his bag. "Didn't have time to grease up my hair." He said.

"Whatever. We're going to school!" I told em. She just waved and said, "Be careful." "Here's a snack." I said, giving Pony a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He took and takes a bite as we walk out the house. He got on our bikes and rushed to school. We got to school and parked out bikes. We ran up the stairs and into the school.

"Okay I'll see you at lunch." I said to Pony as I was about to leave. He grabs my wrist. I look at him and rolled my eyes. "Oh come on, please?" He said with puppy eyes. I give me a kiss. "See you later." I said. "Good luck on the test." He said I then ran to class.
