"Sleepy much?"

"Obvious, isn't it?" I said, sitting behingt he counter and dropping my head on it.

"Take whatever you want, darling. It's on the house." Said Sodapop, kissing my head. "I'll just take a few mints. I'm gonna head to the Dingo for some food and work on my homework. You comin'?"

"Well I'm out of work at 4." He said. "I've got 3 tasks to finish so, yeah I'll probably still be there when you're done." I said.

"Alright, I'll meet you there." He said. "Okay. I'm gonna go now. Where's Steve?" I asked.

"He called in sick."

"Typical. I'm gonna go now." I said then left to the Dingo.

It was almost 4 and I was still stressing out with my science task. All I ordered was 4 milkshakes, about to order a 5th one.

I looked like a mess but there weren't much people in the place so, I couldn't care less about how I looked.

I heard the door open and it was Sodapop. He sat oposite to me.

"That is a lot of milkshakes." He said. "Yeah, can you get me another one please? Get something for yourself too." I said, giving me some money.

"I'll buy it." He said. "Okay, thanks." I said, not taking my eyes of my paper. He stood up and went to order 2 milkshakes.

"For fucks sake." I said and circled a random answer on the multiple choice.

Sodapop came back with the milkshake and gave one to me. I immediately drank it.

"Relax, Y/n. What are you working on anyway?" He asked and took my paper. "Oh, number 12 is C." He said.

I look up at him and took the paper.

I analyzed it.

"Holy shit, that's right. How'd you know?" I asked him. "Science is easy." He said, drinking his milkshake.

"Do it for me please. I can't take it anymore." I said, handing him my paper and my pencil.

He giggles and takes it.

"I can't do that, but I will help you."

I groan and kept hitting my head on the table.

"Hey stop, stop it." He said, trying to stop me.

"Do it, please?" I whined. "Pay me 50." He said.

"25"

"40."

"30."

"Deal." He said and we shook hands.

I gave him 30 bucks and he did my work for me.

"And done." He then gave it to me. I analyze it, and it made more sense than all of my answers.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you more." He said.

"Hey, you two kids! We're closing up!" Said one of the workers.
