"I can't believe we're going to have two baby girls," you told Rafe as you held his hand on the drive home from the doctor's appointment. You two knew you were having two babies, but you just found out that those babies would be two girls and you couldn't be happier. Of course, you'd be happy no matter what gender as long as you had two healthy babies, but you couldn't say you weren't the least bit excited about dressing up the two little girls in matching outfits.

"I know," he said with the hugest grin still on his face. It hasn't left since he heard the news and you were sure that it wouldn't leave for at least a few weeks.

"We get two little girls. What could be better than that?"

"They're not going to be like the creepy twins from The Shining, right?" Rafe questioned as he looked over to you, eyebrows furrowed.

"No, Rafe. Why would you say that?" you giggled as you rubbed your thumb over your bump.

"I just don't want to wake up in the middle of the night and see those two just standing in the middle of the hallway," he spoke honestly.

"I am going to dress them like that on Halloween and make them stand in the hallway just to mess with you," you joked with the man.

"Please, don't." You laughed at his genuine fear but brought his hand up to your lips to kiss the back of it. "I promise I won't do that, love."

"You're crossing your fingers on your other hand, aren't you?"

"Maybe."
