"What are you carving?" Rafe asked as he focused on drawing what he was going to carve onto his pumpkin.

"The Oogie Boogie Man from The Nightmare Before Christmas," you told him when you finished drawing and began carving. "What about you?"

"That is a surprise for you to see when I'm done." You poked your lip out in a pout which caused him to laugh. "You'll love it though. I promise."

"Okay," you huffed before giving all your attention to your pumpkin. Rafe finished his first but he wouldn't show you it until you were completely done.

"Here is my Oogie Boogie Man," you announced as you turned your pumpkin around for him to see.

"Now let me see yours," you told him, your patience running out. He looked a little nervous before he spun the orange gourd around to face you. He carved a 'G', a 'F', and a question mark.

"I wanted to do 'Will you be my girlfriend?' but that would've taken ages." You shot up from your seat before wrapping your arms around Rafe.

"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend!" you squealed before pressing your lips to his.

"So you liked it?" he asked as he grinned down at you.

"I loved it."
