Today was the day.
I was finally being dragged to a party.
I've gone five-ish months, it was good while it lasted.
"Ele, we leave in ten!" Olivia yells from the kitchen. So I guess this is the part where I explain what's going on. I'm Eleonora Gomez, eighteen years old and I'm currently enrolled at WSU. I major in History because my goal, as exciting as it sounds, I want to teach history. You'll find out more about me later on. "Should I straighten my hair?" Liv asks the group from one of the bathrooms, "we don't have time Liv!" Em yells from her bedroom opposite mine.
Now, moving on to my roommates who are very important to me. The girl who just screamed at me is Olivia Johnson. Olivia or 'Liv' is one of my closest friends, I've known her since I was four years old. Olivia is beautiful, with her naturally straight blonde hair and brown eyes, she is gorgeous. She's really smart too, people always assume she's 'dumb' because of the stereotype that blondes are aren't smart, have a conversation with Liv and she'll prove you wrong.
"Liv! Have you seen my purse?"
"It's on the counter!"
Moving on, Emilia Wilson. She is probably the kindest person I know. She is very similar to Olivia in looks, Emilia has shoulder-length blonde hair, she had a 'breakdown' last year and cut off like eight inches, and then she cried for four days straight over it. She has "ocean" blue eyes that stand out from a mile away which everyone is jealous of.
Including me.
Who doesn't want blue eyes like the ocean which grabs every guy's attention?
"Guys I am not waiting any longer!" Olivia announces from the hallway. This girl has no patience. I love her for it but her patience is as thin as ice.
"Ele, are you coming?"
Lastly, Elizabeth Young. She's an English major, obsessed with books— when she reads it's like she's in another world. Lizzie is obsessed with Romeo and Juliet, star-crossed lovers if you will. With her long curly brown hair and brown eyes that look like honey, she is drop-dead gorgeous. She is the most innocent out of all of us. I've only known Lizzie for around 2 years however that doesn't make her any less important to me.
The moral of the story is that my friends are the best, they're also stunning.
"You have two minutes, or I'm going!"
"Olivia, can you shut up for one minute?" Em mutters while rolling her eyes.
I took one last look at myself in the mirror. This would have to do, imagine a plain red off-the-shoulder, thigh-length dress, that's what I'm wearing. Clearly not my choice, Olivia is obsessed with the fashion industry so she chose the outfits tonight. My friends have been to other parties here at WSU but tonight we're all going to the football team's house or something. Emilia and Liv have already been to multiple of their parties, me and Lizzie opted not to go because football players aren't really my forte. Every football player I've met or heard of from WSU are dicks.
