"Please tell me you're joking."

"Afraid not," I laugh, "you can't wait until you're back in Pullman?" Hayden groans on the other end, "no." I can't— these past two weeks with Ele in Paris have been a dream come true, I never want it to end. I am so head over heels in love with the girl, I can't imagine my life without her— and, I don't want to.

"The girls will kill you," Hayden points out, "the girls don't know." No one knows— only Hayden, I figured he'd kill me if I didn't tell him. "You're telling me I can't tell Liv? She'll murder me in my sleep," he whispers the last part down the phone.

"For the love of god— do not tell Liv," she'll get too excited and probably ruin the surprise. "I can't believe it— the Roma Carter is getting married." I interject, "Ele has to say yes first," I'm praying she says yes.

"Gomez will obviously say yes, I just can't believe you're popping the question and she isn't knocked up." Hayden chuckles before cutting off the laugh, "please tell me you didn't knock her up. I may be in Spain but France is next door," I can already imagine the look on his face, "Ele isn't pregnant."

"Thank fuck— then again, you two would have cute babies," the image appears in my mind which I quickly shake away. We're too young to be parents, plus Ele would kill me if I got her pregnant.

"What's got you thinking about babies?" I ask teasingly before pausing, "for fucks sake— do not get Liv pregnant," I warn, "Liv would kill me before you could get to me. Don't worry, Johnson will not be getting pregnant anytime soon. Kian is more likely to get a girl knocked up before either of us," he laughs— we've all heard and read the news, Kian Bliss on vacation.

Jesus— he has no shame.

New girl every other week, new country and city, every other week. He's really living it up this summer.

Unlike Alex who is in Italy, surfs every day and as much as he hates to admit it— eats pasta every day.

"Roma!" Ele calls my name from the bathroom, the waters now stopped running, "can you please pass me a towel? I'll slip," she shouts, returning my attention back to phone I hear Hayden speak, "I swear to god— call me, or text me afterwards."

"I promise," I swear it, "I know Gomez will say yes." I'm praying she says yes, Ele is who I want to spend the rest of my life with.

No one else, only her. I'm consumed by Eleonora Gomez, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
