Should I be offended that Ele didn't want to sit with me on the plane?

No.

Yes.

I sat beside Kian while Alex sits across from us. Emilia is sitting beside Hayden while Elizabeth is across from them. On the other side of the jet, Ele and Liv are sitting across from each other. Hayden did try to sit with Liv but she refused. "I don't get why we just didn't go to the Hamptons," Kian says with a shrug, his parents are rich, like dirty rich. His family is practically royalty in New York. The Bliss family. His family owns mansions everywhere. "I think this will be fun." Alex likes to see the positive side to everything. "No offense, but the Hamptons would have been better."

"You know you didn't have to come." Says the one who invited us. Well technically Liv invited Alex and then he invited us and because her summer house has five bedrooms, there was enough room for everyone. Sharing of course because as the saying goes, 'sharing is caring.' And I love sharing.

"You knew we'd bring the entertainment though."

"Shit I hate to agree with Kian but yeah." Wow, that's the first Em ever agreed with one of us. I look over towards Ele and notice that she's just sat there eyeing her phone.

ME - what's up?

Ele looks up from her phone but avoids making eye contact with me.

She leaves me on read.

ME - Ele what's wrong?

This time she does reply which I'm thankful for.

ELE - nothing.

Great answer.

Let me tell you when you ask a girl what's up and she replies nothing or that they're fine, chances are they aren't fine.

ME - can we talk?

ELE - No.

ME - please?

I'm left on read. Amazing.

ME - Just to talk?

No response.

"Roma— she's literally over there." I narrow my eyes at Alex, "wow, thank you, Alexander. I wasn't aware." Alex grins at me before continuing to read his book.

That's it.

I get up from my seat and head over towards where Ele is sitting. "Ladies."
