Truth Or Dare.

God, I don't hate a lot of things, I always say "hate is a strong word." Despite that, I hated Truth Or Dare. With a burning passion— who actually likes it? Twisted people like the game. Everyone gathered around the long table which was next to the open plan kitchen. I notice Lizzie and Em enter before waving me and Liv over to them by the archway.

"So, everyone knows the rules, but I'll explain them again for any newcomers." God this guy really loves and craves attention. "Do the dare, tell the truth. Avoid either, or both— then you must take a shot." Thank fuck I won't get picked, no one knows my name which in hindsight actually does me a huge favor— the ring leader can't ask me the question. I wouldn't have done it anyway, it's a stupid game— one I don't intend on playing. I'm only here because Liv practically dragged me towards the crowd. She loves shit like this, maybe I would too if I liked attention?

"That simple," he announces. God, I really wished it was that simple, however, I was going to keep my promise to Lizzie, which meant I wouldn't be taking that shot. Luckily I'm invisible which meant I probably wouldn't even be asked an option.

"Bliss, truth or dare?"

"Hayden, I'm not playing." So the guy orchestrating the whole thing was Hayden, I'm going to assume his last name is Jones. Hayden Jones ladies and gentlemen, I've heard stories about him, a football player and one of the biggest fuckboys on campus. Near enough every girl in my history has either done something with Hayden or hooked up, that in itself clearly says a lot about his reputation.

"Truth or Dare, Kian?" Hayden repeats the question this time removing the playfulness to it. I chanced a glance at Kian Bliss— the biggest fuckboy on campus, the one who doesn't show any emotion. How depressed must he be? Then again all teens are depressed nowadays.

"Truth," Kian says with a straight face. Jesus, someone serious.

"Do you have your eye on anyone at the party?" Hayden questions with a grin as if he already knows the answer. Kian looks around the room before looking in my direction, clearly not at me but at one of my friends. I don't like that look. His eyes darken almost— like he's marking something, claiming it in a sense.

"No," he states before returning back to his phone.

"And that is how you do it," Hayden exclaims, sounding almost proud? Proud that he got his friend to participate. Hayden once again looks around the room before locking eyes with me. Oh God, please don't ask me. God I know I've done some questionable things, but I'm begging you right now, please spare me. Just as quickly as he looks at me, he looks away. Thank you God.

"Carter, Truth Or Dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to take one girl of your choosing for seven minutes in heaven, anywhere you want." Hayden sets the challenge, I lock eyes with Em who rolls hers before taking a sip of her drink. I turn my attention back to the center to watch the guy nod before locking eyes with me. He doesn't look at anyone else. Only at me.
