Anya looked at her phone to double-check the address she got out of Nathan, comparing it to the name of the street on the building in front of her.
Not because she wouldn't be sure where she was, but because she was hoping the taxi would have dropped her at the wrong place, making her postpone the meeting for just a little bit later.
But the address on the phone was matching with the one on the building, no matter how many times her eyes darted between those two. It was still the same.

So she just took a deep breath and rang the doorbell, expecting the girl to be home at this late hour.
There was first no response and seeing the apartment building didn't have an intercom and it was almost midnight, Anya began to doubt her mission will be successful tonight.
But she pressed the doorbell once more and a moment later she pushed the door against the sound of the buzzer.

Anya opted for rather taking the stairs than the elevator, giving herself some extra time to gain a little more confidence.

-Ten percent Gryffindor....Ten percent Gryffindor....

She was quietly mumbling with each step she took, trying to collect some of her courage.

The little she could figure out about Emily's personality from what Javi and Nathan told her about her, she knew she will be dealing with somebody way more confident than herself.
So Anya was trying to summon her bravery and at least pretend to be on the same level as Emily, if not higher. Knowing very well that should be the only way she could gain her respect quickly and not let her intimidate her.

Now she finally reached Emily's floor and before she rounded the corner she took one last deep breath and then began to march to her apartment door with her chin held up high.

Emily looked through the peephole of her apartment door and had to rub her eyes and look again to make sure she sees right.
Because the girl on the other side looked way too much like Anya friggin' Fraser.
And if anyone would ask her who would she expect on the other side, she would still name aliens and vampires before getting to Yuzuru's ex.
She didn't hold any grudge against her, knowing very well that she is innocent in it all, and it was also months since she came to terms with everything that had happened and wasn't holding any grudge against Yuzuru either.
Yet she still wasn't sure how to talk to her and most of all what could be the reason for her visit, especially in this late hour.

So she just shrugged her shoulders and opened the door with obvious curiosity.

-Hey. I guess you know who I am?

Anya started right away, wanting to keep Emily in her shock and not letting her to collect herself too quickly to kick her out.

-Y-Yeah.

Emily let out, wondering why are her words suddenly leaving her.

-Um...What can I do---

But before she could finish her question, Anya pushed her way in and walked through the open space living room, straight to the kitchen counter, and opened one of the top cupboards, checking her collections of teas and coffee capsules.

-Would you like some tea?

Anya asked as she held up one of the tea boxes in her hand.

-How did you know it's there?

Emily frowned, thinking why the hell did she just ask that instead of just telling the girl off for suddenly making herself at home in her own apartment.

-Well, it makes the most sense. It's right above the kettle and the coffee machine.

Emily almost said 'thanks', feeling an idiotic pride that her tea arrangement made sense.
So she just shook her head, trying to get back to the fact that the girl was just skipping all normal pleasantries.
But something in the aura around Anya was telling her that she is not one to mess with. So she decided to give it a try and stay calm and collected and just play along, curious what will come out of it.
