"Alright, which one of you stole the hammer?!" Taranza exclamed.
"Are you sure this is the group that stole Bonker's hammer?" asked Meta Knight.
"Sure it is. They're the toughest group on the entire Dreamstalk besides Bonker's friends."
Ever since Sectonia was taken her position of queen from Taranza, lots of changes happend around the Dreamstalk. Villages, stores, even hospitals! The monsters might of taken them TOO far, with Waddle Dees trying to start up clubs in the University, or Bronto Burts writing books. Here, the big batch of meanies, The Nightmares, were hanging out in the bar. (Wait, is there even beer in Kirby?) These wern't the normal enemies you saw in Kirby games. They were Spynums who's only mission was to be the most famous gang in the entirety of Pop Star.
The four Spynums were:
-Urod: The leader's brother. He was that one Spynum in stage 5-4.
-Satrul: A friend of Urod. He owns a family, but that's not important. We're not killing of this guy. He's clumsy, and stories never kill off the clumsy one, for some reason.
-Archcore: Satrul's love. She helped the factory from Lollipop Land with security.
-Rrozone: The leader of the Nightmares. Lost a eye, which is common in all gang leaders, for some reason, to lost a body part.
"Woah there, Spider Man!" replied Urod, "you can't just go bustin' in a bar!"
"I know you have Bonker's hammer, you four!" Taranza yelled. "Give it up, or me and Meta Knight will do it the hard way."
"And what makes you think you can do it alone, sweetie?" Archcore said.
"I just told you, I got Meta Knight! And- and we'll bust you down! Right Meta-"
Taranza looked at his side, but Meta Knight wasn't there. Instead, he stayed at a table near the corner.
"Nope," replied Meta Knight, "I'm out. You can use my sword, if you want." He threw it at Taranza, but it then just got stuck on the floor."
"Meta Knight, come on! I need you to help me!" Taranza said as he struggled to grab the sword.
"I've fought a dimensional pink version of me, but one of those Spynums literally sets their arrows on fire. I can't trust em'."
"So then, Loner," Rrozone asked, "ready for a brawling? Of course, there's no hammer, but..."
"Wait," replied Taranza, "you don't have the hammer?"
Satrul replied respectfully. "Dude, we may be trying to look tough, but what makes you think we steal from actual babies. Not even literally stealing candy from a baby would be good for us."
"We got better things to do, webber. What are you even doing this for?" Rrozone said.
"Didn't ya hear about Kirby?" Meta Knight shouted.
"Aye, the puffball had it comin' for 'em." replied Archcore. "Don't understand the whole 'kidnap' thing, though."
"Well we gotta get Bonker's hammer so we can get some sand to find Kirby!" said Taranza.
"Why even give the baby back his toy when we can find it ourself?" Rrozone said. There was a short pause. "Here's a deal, if we find that hammer for you, you gotta do something in return."
"And what would that be?" Meta Knight asked.
"Overtake Pyribbit."
Overtake Pyribbit. This echoed in Taranza's mind. He was reminded of his dear Sectonia, before the mirror. That darn thing ruined the only relationship he had. Then she comanded him to capture the hero of Dreamland... and Kirby overtaking her... The spider boy couldn't do it.
"J- just to rescue Kirby?" Taranza asked Meta Knight.
"If we don't get the hammer and bypass Bonker's for the sand, Kirby will be stuck in that other dimension forever."
"Yeah, spiddy!" replied Rrozone, "So, you in?"
Taranza couldn't do it. It reminded him too much of Sectonia. But if he didn't help, Kirby would be missing...
Forever.
There was no way out for Taranza.
"I'll do it."
