Kirby's POV (Republic - Streets)

Kirby is still thinking about what he saw last night while standing in front of a window with June and Thomas, not understanding if that was Bandana Dee. Now that I mention it, he's currently wondering HOW he got here, and since there was mention of Chef Kawasaki in the voice, how it must've worked.

"Poyo...? (What is this supposed to be...?)"

"You looked confused," Thomas answered, "I'm assuming you need some assistance, Mr Puffball?"

Kirby nodded his head.

"You see, this spy from the Colonies was spreading propaganda about us. Usually they get sent to Denver, but we were able to catch this one."

As soon as Kirby heard Thomas mention the Colonies, he started to remember the harsher voice he heard when he entered the portal.

"...I WILL SEND YOU TO A DIMENSION, A PLACE WHERE BOTH SIDES SEE WRONG IN EACH OTHER. IF YOU WANT TO ESCAPE, YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO TEACH THESE NATIVES A LESSON." This voice echoed in Kirby's head as he saw the spy dangling upside down.

"Poyo... (So this is what that voice meant when he said both sides see wrong in each other...)" He barely hears June's conversation with Thomas about some kind of care? Suddenly, the spy starts screaming, and Commander Jameson motions the three to come in the room. Kirby looks at her, but the Commander completly ignores him. Kirby notices blood from the spy, and most importantly, possibly knows the spy...

"Cha? Poyqua? (Cha Cha? From Aqua Star)?"

"Emerson the Cha Cha, to be exact, you pink baseball." The Cha Cha replied.

"Emerson what? Be specific," Jameson asked.

"Emerson... Adam Graham."

"Mr. Emerson Adam Graham, of East Texas. A pleasure to meet you young sir-"

"Wai, Poyqua? (Wait, wasn't he from Aqua Star?)"

"Mr. Puffball, surely you know that this spy is from East Texas." Jameson shoots a dirty look at Kirby, and noticing something similar, Kirby keeps quiet. She continues. "Tell me, Mr. Graham, why did the Colonies send you over to our fine Republic? To spread their lies?"

Kirby hears the booming voice in his head again.

"...DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND WHICH IS A VILLIAN AND WHICH ISN'T?"

Kirby shows a worried look in secret as Jameson continues talking with the Cha Cha. At some point, Emerson possibly said something they didn't like, and Thomas came up to hit the poor thing, which sent a tooth flying on the floor. Kirby secretly takes the tooth and puts it under his helmets. Yes, helmets. He kept the old one, if you didn't know.

"You call this a republic?" Emerson said, "We've had a deal, where we wouldn't kill neither each other's nor our own people. You torture those who used to be your brothers? I'll tell you nothing. You can try as hard as you want, but in Nova's name, I'll tell you nothing."

Kirby notices lip movement from the Cha Cha as Jameson orders Thomas to torture him. He wasn't able to understand some of it, but there were exactly 6 words he could.

"Don't... trust... Meta... of... Jameson... stuck..."

Those were the last words of the Cha Cha who got his non-existant chest and only-existing head stabbed without telling anyone important information.

Later, Kirby tried having a chat with William over at his home. He tried some sort of communication by writing his knowlege of words on a piece of paper during dinner.

"Ⓦⓘⓛⓛⓘⓐⓜ    ,⃝ ⓨⓞⓤ ⓣⓗⓘⓝⓚ ⓐⓝⓨ ⓞⓕ ⓜⓨ ⓕⓡⓘⓔⓝⓓⓢ ⓐⓡⓔ ⓗⓔⓡⓔ ⓐⓢ ⓦⓔⓛⓛ    ?⃝"

Kirby passes the paper to William, finishing his mashed potatos.

"Well, what do you mean?" William asks as he hands the paper back.

Kirby writes on another part on the paper.

"Ⓦⓔⓛⓛ    ,⃝ Ⓘ ⓗⓐⓥⓔ ⓣⓗⓘⓢ ⓟⓔⓝⓖⓤⓘⓝ    ,⃝ ⓣⓗⓘⓢ ⓚⓝⓘⓖⓗⓣ    ,⃝ ⓐⓝⓓ ⓐ ⓦⓐⓓⓓⓛⓔ ⓓⓔⓔ    ,⃝ ⓦⓗⓞ Ⓘ ⓡⓔⓐⓛⓛⓨ ⓛⓞⓥⓔ ⓐⓢ ⓜⓨ ⓑⓔⓢⓣ ⓕⓡⓘⓔⓝⓓⓢ    .⃝ Ⓑⓤⓣ Ⓘ ⓦⓐⓢ ⓙⓤⓢⓣ ⓣⓗⓘⓝⓚⓘⓝⓖ    .⃝    .⃝    .⃝ ⓨⓞⓤ ⓣⓗⓘⓝⓚ ⓣⓗⓔⓨ ⓦⓞⓤⓛⓓ ⓐⓟⓟⓔⓐⓡ ⓘⓝ ⓣⓗⓔ Ⓡⓔⓟⓤⓑⓛⓘⓒ    ?⃝"

"Possibly. I may not like you, but I think you deserve friends with ya. How do they look like?"

Kirby draws Dedede, Meta Knight, and Bandana Dee with lots of love and shows it to William.

"Heh, that robe would be outdated by now. Possibly might only let us about 2,000 notes. Say, that month-name bastard... She supposedly going into the Lake sector to find Day tomorrow. Maybe you could find some of your friends there."

"Ⓘ ⓕⓔⓔⓛ ⓛⓘⓚⓔ Ⓘ    '⃝ⓥⓔ ⓢⓔⓔⓝ Ⓑⓐⓝⓓⓐⓝⓐ ⓐ ⓒⓞⓤⓟⓛⓔ ⓞⓕ ⓣⓘⓜⓔⓢ ⓑⓔⓕⓞⓡⓔ    .⃝ Ⓘⓝ ⓜⓨ ⓜⓘⓝⓓ    ,⃝ ⓝⓔⓐⓡ ⓐⓝ ⓐⓛⓛⓔⓨⓦⓐⓨ    ,⃝ ⓐⓝⓓ Ⓘ ⓙⓤⓢⓣ ⓦⓐⓝⓣ ⓣⓞ ⓡⓔⓤⓝⓘⓣⓔ ⓦⓘⓣⓗ ⓗⓘⓜ    .⃝ "

"I'm sure you'll be able to. Now come on, idiot! Let's get ready to sleep."

After a comfy sleep and too many thoughts about what the Cha Cha said back at the headquarters, Kirby was ready to fight his way into finding that bastard Day and see his friends again! Or at least, the plan was to today. Getting nowhere closer to getting our puffball boi home, he walked with June around the streets. Nothing out of the unusual, for Kirby at least. A bunch of waddle dees were selling some kind of hot dog, but none of them seemed to be Bandana. They notice Kirby and try to get him over, but due to the rules, he had to keep going and shake his head with a sad face.

But then one of them did the strangest thing he ever saw.

Instead of reacting back with a sad face too, the waddle dee just got off and went through a alleyway. Kirby needed to follow that waddle dee, but unfortunately he REALLY wanted to catch Day. So a couple days later when he was able to seperate himself from June, who tried to pretend to be like the other beggars, he quickly went back to the alleyway where the waddle dee was, and was surprised to see Kawasaki, cooking the weird hot dog substance.

"Heya Kirby! Finally took you long enough to come here, isn't it?" Kawasaki asked.

At that point, Kirby was confused.

"Poyosaki? Poyo- (Kawasaki? What are you doing-)" Kirby replied before Kawasaki interrupted him.

"Night is a good time to sell my new Shrimp Dogs outside of work! Want one?"

Kawasaki gave a Shrimp Dog to Kirby, which consisted of a single shrimp, big enough to fit on the bun, with chili on the side.

"Po, poyo? (So, why are you here?)" Kirby said, as he happily ate the Shrimp Dog.

"I've been thrown here from some robot guy in a portal. Then I got hired by this girl to run this bar with her. Then, I found this awesome thing that I needed."

"Poyo? (What was it?)"

"I... actually don't know... It was covered in a sheet and..."

Kawasaki realized more what it actually was. The more he remembered, the more some weird dark smoke came out of him.

"It- it was a human?!"

All the waddle dees turned dark with only small glowing red eyes.

"Po- poyo- (Wh- what the-)"

Dark Matter. They were controling the waddle dees. All except one, the one that went to the alleyway.

"Uh oh," said Kawasaki as he grabbed all of his cooking essentials, "Luckily, you're friends with a guy who can do a strong move, aren't ya?"

He quickly called a Cook Pot, and stirred the pot as fast as he could. Despite that,  he wasn't able to cook food, but instead, a small Dark Matter Blade clone. Kirby swallowed his Mirror ability star he kept and started off with a Reflect Force. The clone swang a sword at the mirrors and shattered them.

"Poyo... (Hopefully that doesn't do anything to my luck from now on...)"

"I'm sure you'll be fine!" Kawasaki says as he does Plateware and throws all the plates at the clone. The dark energied monster dodge them and shot dark energy at Kawasaki, in which Kirby quickly goes in front of and does Reflect Guard. The now purple stars shoot at Dark Matter Blade, in which he teleports behind Kirby and grabs Kawasaki. Trying to force himself back into the body. Kirby did a Mirror Body - Ring and then shot HIS six clones at the original Dark Matter clone. The copy lets go of Kawasaki and sucks all of the energy back from the body, then lights up and disappears. All that was left of the fight was some dirt on Kirby's face and the waddle dee from before.

"K- Kirby? Hero of the Stars?" The waddle dee seemed young. "You've saved me with Kawasaki! I wanted to repay you with a gift from the sire, Meta Knight, and Magalor."

Those guys? Were they here as well in this world? The young lad took out a box, designed with the Dedede logo and everything. Inside was a star locket and a couple of Gem Apples. The locket had a picture of Kirby, Dedede, Meta Knight, and Bandana Dee, back in the Super Star days. When Kirby opened the locket, it would play the normal Green Greens theme like a music box.

And soon, Kirby was delighted.

"Poyo, (Kid,)" said Kirby, "Poyo? (Mind giving this to the sender?)" He gave the old helmet he had from when he first met Metias, and put it on the waddle dee's stubby hands.

"Gosh, I really would love to, Mr Kirby!" replied the waddle dee.

"Poyo! Catchu! (Great! Now hurry before anyone catches you!)"

The waddle dee nodded at Kirby in happiness as he went out the alleyway to give the helmet to his friends. By now, the sun was rising up, and Kirby knew he has to get back to June before she noticed he was gone.

"Well Kirby, I gotta get back to the bar. You have anything to do?" asked Kawasaki.

Kirby shook his head. "Poyo, poyo. (Not really, just to catch a criminal.)"

"Good luck with that, puffy! Oh, and before I go, here."

Kawasaki hands Kirby a bottle of an Energy Drink.

"More Maxim Tomato and less sugar, enough to heal yourself a big amount without trouble. I'll see you when we both complete our missions."

Kawasaki nodded at Kirby, and he nodded back. Then Kawasaki took his stuff and went away as Kirby bubbled up his Mirror Ability.

Days still passed, but Kirby and June weren't able to find Day himself. That is, until they caught wind of a Skitz fight nearby. Kirby realized this was time to be serious, so he looked around the place until he found a shriveled up mask and inhaled it.

DING!

The fights haven't been really fun. Some girl was basically killing it on the main arena, sending other fighters to, what, a hospital? At first, the two didn't really care about what happened, but Kirby saw something that pretty much ruined his mood.

"Gooi?! (Gooey?!)"

Luckly, it wasn't actually Gooey, just some clone. But despite that, the girl just kept fighting the clone. The Gooey kept dodging and trying to hit her, but she would always dodge them just in time and hit back. By the time she landed her last hit, the clone had died, laying on the floor. Suspicously, two waddle dees came up and carried  the clone somewhere, but Kirby was more focused on his new enemy. The girl then notices Kirby, right when the crowd is chanting, and she chooses him to fight. Kirby nods his head, and goes up in front of the girl. Just as the bet submissions were about to close, Kirby noticed something strange behind the girl.

The Soul of Sectonia.
