"You called?" Meta Knight asked as he teleported to Egg Engines.
"Big thing: We don't need our stuff anymore. We found an easier way to get to Kirby," Magalor responded as he messed with the machine that created portals.
"We'll need to test it, though," Dedede also said. He grabbed something from his robe, and went to talk to a nearby waddle dee.
"Hey kid, mind going to the portal we're making to deliver this to Kirby?"
The waddle dee didn't hesitate. "K- Kirby? Sure sire, but... how would I find Kirby in that place?"
"Kawasaki was thrown in, maybe if you follow him, you'll find Kirby?"
The little waddle dee nodded as some kind of smoke went away from his body. He ran into the portal that Magalor freshly produced, and...
SLING!
Our trio sees the waddle dee walk with the object in some street, then the portal closes and resets.
"Looks like I'm gonna have to hack the machine," Magalor said, "Give me a minute or two." Egg boy then broke open a piece of metal and summoned his tools.
"So," Tedhaun started, "What do you think happened to Kirby in that portal?"
"Possibly kidnapped," Dedede replied.
"He's too strong for that," Meta Knight interrupted, "He's possibly taken control of a empire by now. Heh, would love to see our clans fight."
"Maybe he'd time traveled?"
"I don't want my penguin butt kicked again!"
"...then maybe Sakurai made a new game without us?"
"Papa Sakurai wouldn't leave us out on the games, Meta Knight," Dedede looked at Meta Knight disappointingly. "Name one game where we weren't in it."
"We were only clay figures in Rainbow Curse!"
"Don't remember that."
"BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T IN IT!"
"Then how do YOU remember?!"
"Hey can you guys shut up?" Magalor shouted, "I found something." He took it out and showed it to the others.
"A Dark Matter core," Meta Knight exclaimed. "But what's it doing in a machine like that?"
"It's to close up the portal quickly, so that whoever is on the other side never finds out where the people from here come from. Mind if you smash it, Dedede?"
"Oh ho, I'm READY!!" Dedede swung his hammer, and the orb blew into pieces.
"So, that should keep the portal open, right?" Tedhaun asked.
"Yep," Magalor responded. "Now we just gotta get this back to Lor and- Where did it go?!"
"Follow me, you dum dums! I have it!"
The four went over to the damaged Starcutter as Tedhaun put the machine beside the dashboard, which was where Magalor told him to put it.
"Yeesh, this place looks messy," Meta Knight commented.
"It's even worse than what happened when it already crashed like 8 minutes ago," Dedede replied.
"Don't worry guys," Magalor replied as he set the machine to get them to Kirby, "Once we go through the portal, the entire Starcutter will be fixed up and ready to go. Ain't that right, Lor?"
"𝕂𝕚𝕟𝕕𝕒 𝕤𝕦𝕣𝕡𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕖𝕕 𝕀 𝕔𝕒𝕟 𝕕𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥."
"I'm sure I did it once or twice with you."
"ℕ𝕠𝕡𝕖, 𝕟𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘."
"Well I don't care. Meta Knight, Dedede, Tedhaun, get in a seat." Seats come out from some holes. "Quick, get sittin' down."
"Dude..." Tedhaun replied, "I can't sit."
"*Sigh* Then hold on to me. You other two ready?"
Meta Knight and Dedede nodded.
Magalor slammed on the engine. The machine quickly connect to Kirby's location, A place called the Republic, and Lor started to fly up.
"ℕ𝕠𝕨 𝕞𝕚𝕘𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕠... ℝ𝔼ℙ𝕌𝔹𝕃𝕀ℂ 𝕆𝔽 𝔸𝕄𝔼ℝ𝕀ℂ𝔸. 𝕃𝕆𝕊 𝔸ℕ𝔾𝔼𝕃𝔼𝕊, ℂ𝔸𝕃𝕀𝔽𝕆ℝℕ𝕀𝔸."
"Here we go!"
The ship started to flap faster and faster, and a giant portal appeared in front of it. Magalor looked back with Tedhaun closely hugging.
"Get ready, boys. We got a pink puffball to save-"
"Wait," Meta Knight interrupted, "Where's Bandana Dee?"
"It seems like he's with Kirby somewhere. Lor! Where is Bandana Dee?"
"𝔹𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕟𝕒 𝕎𝕒𝕕𝕕𝕝𝕖 𝔻𝕖𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕔𝕦𝕣𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕝𝕪 𝕒𝕥... ℝ𝔼ℙ𝕌𝔹𝕃𝕀ℂ 𝕆𝔽 𝔸𝕄𝔼ℝ𝕀ℂ𝔸. 𝕃𝕆𝕊 𝔸ℕ𝔾𝔼𝕃𝔼𝕊, ℂ𝔸𝕃𝕀𝔽𝕆ℝℕ𝕀𝔸."
"See, what did I tell ya. Now, as I was saying, get ready boys. We got a pink puffball-
"-and a brave dee!" Dedede interrupted.
"-we got a pink puffball AND a brave dee to save!" Lor Starcutter then in a flash, transported into the portal. Hopefully, nothing else would follow our heros to stop their plan on saving Kirby and Bandana Dee... right?
Unfortunately, no.
