I pushed open the wooden door making it hit the wall inside and rattle in it's place.
"Oi das me door!" The woman complained from behind a counter.
I ignored her and tossed both the items on the table beside her. I let out a deep breath and plopped down on a cube of hay that she had inside for some reason. I rubbed my eyes once again with the heel of my palms and ran my hand through my slightly wet hair.
Everyone rushed inside to after me and stood near the doorway watching the woman and me with bated breath. Her eyes widened on seeing the entire mangled jaw next to the blue coated dagger.
"Gat thee whole jaw I see." She croaked in delight.
"Now our end of the deal lady." Grant sternly placed his hand on the counter gaining her attention.
"Aye aye ye have to woit." She dismissed without lifting her attention from the jaw. Something was brewing in the cauldron behind her.
"By the way who are you? And why haven't you asked anything about us?" Liam asked.
"I do not care as to who ye are and neither shud ye." She took another knife and prodded one of the teeth out of the gums. I averted my gaze to my feet, away from the crude dental extraction.
"AAH! Enough is enough. We've played by everybody's rules here except ours. Now reveal your identity, what ya do for the temple and how ya know us." Dora seethed.
When the woman didn't pay her any attention, she swiped the jaw away from her and held it behind her.
"Oiii! Ye ignorant dog. Giv it back." The old woman creased the leftover eyebrows and tried to take it back from her. In the process, her hood from her cloak fell; revealing her grimy, matted white hair.
I strongly felt the need to have bath after seeing her.
"Answer and I'll give it." Dora unflinchingly stared at the woman.
"Foine." She threw a dirty look at Dora and went deeper into the wreckage of a home.
Dora and Hex went along with her. Team made no movement, until I stood up and dusted my pants and gestured for someone to go. After everyone got in, I passed by the black dagger which I casually picked up stored in my trouser hooks.
Deeper into her house, was honestly better refurbished than I had imagined. I expected cobwebs and Halloween music but I saw a dark themed walls, curtain, artefacts and comfortable couch beside the fireplace.
"Wow this is not what I had envisioned." Liam muttered looking at the furniture.
"I think she's into gothic stuff." Amelia whispered.
Dora and Hex occupied the most comfy looking spots near the fire and rest of us were offered rickety wooden benches slightly away from the fire. Liam and Yumiko adjusted themselves on one and so did Grant and Amelia.
                              The fifth-wheeling strikes again.
The only chair that was left was in the corner of the room with cobwebs between it's legs. Seeing no other choice I went and sat on the ground adjacent to the hearth. The heat provided a short-term solace to my back.
"You can start now." Dora waved the jaws to urge the woman. She glared and stood beside me, covering everyone in her vision. I warily scooched away from her feet.
"Wharr ye wan to know?" Her raspy voice reverberated throughout the room.
"Who are you?" Liam laid the foundation for the question.
                              "Hellga Jinxheart." She said disinterested.
"Some how it suits you." Grant murmured.
"And what are you?" Liam asked cautiously this time.
