After Brennon left I got off of the side by side and grabbed a bucket.

"We should probably pick some apples huh?"

"Yeah after I finish shitting my pants. I was afraid it was your dad or uncles." He said.

"Brennon is cool and well he won't say a word. He must approve or he would have said something." I smiled.

We picked green and red apples and then I grabbed two off the tree and we set under the tree to eat them.

"I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you do the feeding this morning," I said.

"Poppy don't worry about it. Sometimes things come up and well your brother is more important." He said.

"I just knew something was wrong. I mean Hart is usually the sweet quiet one out of the two of us and I just knew." I said wiping my nose.

"Hey, it's ok. Come here." He said opening his arm to me.

I moved over and cuddled under his arm laying my head on his shoulder. "Thanks for being here for me Luke because you don't have to be."

"I know I don't have to be but I want to. I like being close to you Poppy and I really like kissing you." He said.

I leaned my head back and looked up at him and he lowered his mouth to mine. As soon as his lips touched mine I opened my mouth to him.

He sucked on my tongue and bit my lower lip and I couldn't help but moan out.

"Poppy you drive me crazy." He said.

"You drive me crazy too Luke and I just want to be with you. It's all I can think about."

"Do you think maybe you can sneak into my house tonight?" He asked.

"I'm not sure I mean my parents will be gone taking Hart to treatment so more than likely I can," I said.

"Let's try... That is if you want to." He smiled.

"Oh, I want to Luke," I said pulling his lips back to mine.

"Let's get back and take these apples and find out at dinner what time they are leaving." He said.

"Alright let's go and we will plan for tonight. Do you have any condoms?" I ask.

"No, but I can get some." He smiled.

I quickly kissed him again and we headed back to the Ranch. We fed the horses some apples and put the rest away.

We split ways and fed the rest of the animals before mom walked out and said dinner was ready.

We walked in and set down and Hart was at the table. I walked over and hugged him from behind and kissed his cheek.

He smiled at me and squeezed my hand as I took my seat beside him.

Clara had made Hart's favorite meal of spaghetti and meatballs with salad and garlic bread.

We all ate and laughed. I didn't talk I was just quiet and listened and I felt Luke's hand on my knee. He was at the end of the table so no one could see.

I squeezed his hand a time or two and then finished eating.

Clara brought over brownies and set them in front of us and we had a few.

After dinner was over I went out on the front porch with Hart and we sit in the swing and talked while Luke went to town to buy some condoms.

"I'm sorry I let you down, Poppy," Hart said.

"Hey look things happen but I will miss you while your gone and I hope that when you come back you can help out on the Ranch." I smiled.

"I think Luke helps you enough don't you?" He smirked.

"Come on Luke's a nice guy Hart," I said.

"Oh, I can see that Poppy." He said just as dad walked out on the porch. "You about ready to go, son? We need to get on the road."

"I'm ready dad," Hart said.

I stood up and he hugged me really tight. "Take care Poppy and I'll call you when I can."

"I love you, Hart. Please do and come back home soon." I said hugging him again.

I watched as mom and dad and Hart left with grandma and grandpa. So no one is in the house right now but Clara but she will go to her house soon.

I saw Luke come back and he walked up on the porch and sit beside me. "Have they already left?"

"Yeah a few minutes ago. Mom, grandma, and grandpa went with him and dad so once Clara goes home for the night I will be here alone." I said.

Luke smirked at me. "Well I got what you asked me to and the cashier said to me I hope you have a good night."

"Was it a he or she?" I asked.

"A he. So I told him I plan on it." He laughed.

"Luke you are horrible." I laughed.

Clara walked out on the porch. "Poppy I'm heading to the house so you call me if you need me ok? I left brownies out for you guys." She said.

"Thanks, Clara but I should be ok. But we will eat those brownies for sure. Goodnight and thank you!" I smiled.

"Your welcome! Goodnight you two!" She said walking back inside the house.

I looked over at Luke... "I think we should you know wait a little while."

"Yeah I agree but I could go for another brownie." He laughed.

"Let me go get them I'll be right back," I said going into the house. I found the container that Clara left out for us and I picked it up along with two bottles of water and went back out on the porch.

"Here is some water to wash it down with." I smiled handing Luke the water.

"These brownies are delicious even though I know I shouldn't eat them."

"Enjoy your brownie Luke and then you can enjoy me," I smirked at him.
