I have two weeks left and I'm miserable. I feel like a big whale just laying around.

Thank goodness I have family that is more than happy to help out with Ryder.

All I do is pee it seems. This kid is on my bladder and kicking the crap out of it.

I could hear Ryder giggling and I got out of bed and went to see what was going on.

Mom had him in his high chair and he was eating some eggs.

"Morning Poppy! How are you feeling?" She asked.

"Oh, I'm tired and miserable but not much longer to go." I smiled.

"Do you want some eggs?" She asked.

"No, I'm good right now," I said sitting down at the table.

"I love what Lilly did to baby girl's room." Mom said.

"It turned out so much better than I even thought it would." I smiled.

"I ordered some cute butterfly sheets and a blanket for her and well your dad has bought a bunch of stuff as well." She said.

"Did you ever think of having more children mom?"

"I did but then decided two was enough. Why do you ask?"

"We haven't decided yet but maybe leaning toward another one. I think we want to wait until we see how these two go." I laugh.

"Yeah, you may be crazy taking care of two little ones." She laughed as Ryder banged on his high chair top.

"That's right isn't it Rydie?" I baby talk to him.

After mom left I put Ryder down for a nap and I went to take a nap myself until Luke came home for lunchtime.

Luke woke me up with a kiss on my cheek. "Hey, sleepyhead are you ready to go up to the house for lunch?"

"Sure let me go to the bathroom and I'll be ready. Will you go get Ryder?" She asked.

"Sure Poppy." He said.

We met up in the living room and headed out to the side by side.

Once we made it to the main house Luke took Ryder inside and came back to help me up the steps.

When I walked in everyone was sitting around the table and then mom grabbed my hand and led me to the formal dining room where it was decorated in pink and presents were stacked up and Lilly was smiling.

"What is this?" I asked.

"A surprise baby shower!" Mom and Lilly said.

"Oh gosh, you guys! I was wondering why everyone was here for lunch." I laughed.

Luke walked up behind me and kissed my neck. "Are you surprised?"

"I am Luke. You knew?"

"Of course I knew! Lilly and I planned it with your mom's help of course." He laughed.

"And Daisy!  Luke how could you forget your mom?" Lilly laughed.

"Sorry, mom! So do you want to eat first or open presents?" He asked.

"Eat!" I laughed rubbing my belly.

Clara had made tacos for lunch and after we all ate we made our way to the dining room and begin opening presents.

I had probably opened ten presents that were just from dad. "You guys this is too much!" I said wiping my tears.

"Nothing is too good for you sweetheart. You can't exactly use Ryders hand me me downs for baby girl to wear." Dad said.

"That's true," I said looking over at Luke.

"Are we ever going to get a name?" Uncle Chad asked.

"Sure when she's born. I'll give you the first initial." I smiled looking at Luke.

"What?" He said looking at me.

I leaned over and whispered in his ear. "When I say W they will think it's dad's name."

Luke laughs. "Ok go ahead."

"Ok baby girl's first name starts with a W.," I said.

"Oh hell no it better not be Worth for a girl," Chad said.

I looked over at Luke and winked. "Told you."

We opened the rest of the presents and Garth, Damon and Brennon helped Luke get them up to the house while Lilly and I stayed in the dining room with Mom and Daisy going over who gave what.

"I'm so excited I think she's going to come any day. Dr. Terry said the second baby usually doesn't wait until the due date and well you know Ryder was late." I said.

"I'm hoping soon. I can't wait to meet her." Mom said.

"I think we all are excited!" Daisy smiled.

"Ohh I asked Dr. Terry if we could have another person in the room and he said we could so I thought maybe you would like to be in the room this time Daisy," I said.

"Really Poppy? Oh, my word yes I would love to." She smiled through tears getting up and coming around the table to hug me.

"I'm sorry you didn't get to see Ryder be born but I wasn't thinking and I was so nervous," I explained.

"Oh, honey it's really ok. I'm just happy to have him in our lives and now our little W." She said.

"It better not be Worth." Mom laughed.

"Trust me it's not mom. It's a girl's name." I laughed just as Luke walked back into the room.

"I thought I would come back and give you a ride home." He said.

"Thanks, I need it," I said struggling to get up out of the chair.

Luke helped me up and then Clara handed me a baggie of brownies.

Dad walks in with Ryder. "Why don't you two go rest and I'll keep Ryder for a while."

"Are you sure dad?"

"Of course Poppy. Ryder and I need some one-on-one time." He said.

"Thanks, dad! Bring him home when you want to." I said.

"We will be fine. Tell them bye Ryder!"

"Bye-bye." He said swinging his feet.

"Well, it feels weird with Ryder not being here," I said as we pull up at the house.

"Do you really want to sleep or fool around?" Luke laughed.

"Really Luke?? I'm nine months pregnant." I giggle.

"But you're sexy to me." He grinned.
