Chapter 6-The Kiss

  SCARLET'S POV

Later everyone who had signed up for our army had showed up to the common room, they all lined up in a line formation as Harry and
I walked up in front of everyone,
"Well, welcome everyone to the room of requirement! like we said before you need some real teachers to teach you real defensive spells" I exclaimed as I looked around the room, seeing all of the excited looks on peoples faces,
"So this is where you're going to teach us?" George asked, Harry and I nodded,
"Yes its the only place where we can go without looking suspicious " Harry replied, George nodded, I then smiled and stepped up,
"Alright now that we're all here, the first spell that we're going to teach you is the Expelliarmus Charm" I exclaimed, everyone nodded and they all took out their wants as they lined up in front of a dummy with a wand in its hand, Neville was first so he held up his wand and pointed it at the dummy,
"Expelliarmus!" he cried, but nothing happened, he sighed and looked down,
"I'm hopeless " he replied, I smiled and put my hand on his shoulder,
"Don't give up Neville, you're just flourishing your wand too much, Harry?" I looked over and gave Harry a look, he nodded and looked at the dummy while holding up his wand,
"Working hard is important, but there's something that matters even more: believing in yourself. " Harry cried, suddenly the wand came flying out of the dummy's hand, everyone stared at Harry as Neville looked down, I sighed and hugged him,
"Don't worry Neville you'll get it " I whispered as I looked back up,
"Alright next! George you're up! " I exclaimed as we continued on with this spell for the rest of the period.

The next day we were back in the room of requirement as I watched with everyone else as Nigel went up against Harry, we had just taught them the spell Stuplify so we wanted to see if everyone had got what we were saying, so far everyone had passed,
"Stunning is one of the most useful spells in your arsenal. It's sort of a wizard's bread and butter, really. So um, come on, then Nigel. Give me your best shot." Harry said nervously as he had already been repeatedly hit with the same spell today, Nigel looked up shyly and pointed his wand up at Harry,
"Stuplify! " he yelled as he pointed his wand at Harry, suddenly Harry got thrown back once again by the spell but it backfired as Nigel got thrown back as well, they both slowly got back up as Nigel looked over at me is shock, I giggled,
"Good Nigel! " I complimented as Nigel walked back to the group, next we decided to twist it up as Hermione went up against Ron, Alexis and I looked at each other and giggled,
"Hermione will win" we both said at the same time, Ron walked up to Hermione,
"Don't worry I'll go easy on you " he whispered, Hermione looked at him and smiled sarcastically,
"Thanks Ronald" she replied, walking to the other side of the room, Ron looked at Hermione as he slowly lifted his wand, but it was too late since Hermione already held it up,
"Stup-" Hermione cut him off quickly,
"Stuplify! " she yelled as he squealed while being thrown across the room and landing on his back, George gave Fred some money, they probably bet on who would win, Ron quickly got up and walked towards us,
" I let her do that " he replied while dusting himself off, we all laughed,
"Sure Ronald " Alexis and Fred said while shaking their heads, soon the period had ended and we all had to go back to class.

The next few weeks we were all once again in the room of requirement, everyone had been working so hard that everyone was learning quickly and we were already onto the next spell before winter break, Levitation.
"Alright that's good Neville...Cho, just keep your concentration" I said as I watched them lifting up Nigel off the ground,
"Here try like this" I heard Harry say as I watched him lift up her wand some more, causing them to look at each other which caused her to loose concentration, Nigel would've fallen if I didn't use a spell to catch him in time, then I lowered him to the ground and he quickly dusted himself off, pretending not to be terrified,
"I'm good, I'm good " he replied, I giggled as I watched everyone else lift people up of the ground. Soon we put everyone in partners and groups. Watching them throw spells back and forth.
" Stuplify! "
" Reducto! "
" Stuplify!"
" Stuplify!" was what was heard in all directions, I looked over just as I saw Neville say,
"Expelliarmus! " he cried as suddenly one of the students wands flew out of their hands as the wand came and made contact with my face,
"Ah!" I yelped as I tripped and fell to the ground, everyone gasped and looked at me,
"Scar? are you okay? oh god I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do that! " Neville yelled as he put a hand over his mouth, I looked at him,
"Neville.....oh my god you did it! you did the Expelliarmus! charm! that's awesome!" I yelled as I hugged him,
"Wait what?! you're not mad?" he asked as he let go of me, I laughed,
"No why would I be?" I asked, he pointed at my cheek,
"There's a bruise starting to form on your cheek " I looked over in a mirror at the end of the hall and saw a large bruise forming on my cheek, I shrugged,
"Eh its a good look on me " I replied, everyone laughed as Harry called everyone, soon everyone was standing in front of us,
"So, that's it for this lesson. Now, we're not going to be meeting again until after the holidays..." Harry started before everyone awe'd sadly, then I looked up at everyone,
"So just keep practicing on your own as best you can, and- and well done, everyone. Great, great work! " I finished, everyone clapped for us as everyone began walking towards the door, Harry was watching Cho as I rolled my eyes, why cant you see that Ginny likes you?, as we were walking Fred and George walked in front of us,
"We've been thinking, Harry, Scar, we can always slip Umbridge some Puking Pastilles into her tea..." Fred started,
"Or Fever Fudge; they give you these massive, puss-filled boils..." George continued but Harry cut them off,
"That's great guys but will you excuse me?" Harry said as he walked over to Cho, Alexis walked up as I rolled my eyes,
"Why cant he just see that Ginny likes him? " I asked to myself, Fred, George and Alexis looked at me,
"Because he's oblivious, he cant see that she likes him" Alexis replied, the three of them walked away, Alexis hopped on Fred's back as she kissed his cheek as they walked away talking about a new prank that they want to pull on Umbridge, I shook my head and turned around, only to see Harry and Cho kissing, I coughed as they looked at me and Cho blushed and said a quick by to Harry and walked away, I walked over to Harry only to see a pissed off look on his face,
"What was that for Scar?!" Harry exclaimed as he flung his arms around, I gasped and narrowed my eyes at him,
"She's not good for you Harry! you know she's still grieving over Cedric! " I exclaimed,
"So? what if she does like me and you just ruined everything for us?!" he yelled back, I sighed,
"Harry you saw her! she's not over him for god sakes she was looking at his photo!" I exclaimed pointing at the photo of Cedric that she was looking at before he had come over,
"Look Harry I know you like her, but I'm telling you she's not right for you! " I yelled,
"Well maybe you feel this way because you're just jealous that I can actually keep a relationship while you couldn't even keep yours with Seamus! " he yelled back, I gasped as tears started to slowly fall from my eyes, his eyes softened as he realized what he had said,
"Scar I-I didn't mean-" I cut him off by glaring at him as my hair turned red along with my eyes, he stopped and stepped back,
" NO! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT I'M STILL TRYING TO GET OVER HIM! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT I BROKE UP WITH HIM BECAUSE I WAS STICKING UP FOR MY FRIENDS, I STILL LIKE HIM AND I'M TRYING TO GET OVER HIM! DO YOU KNOW HOW IT MAKES ME FEEL KNOWING THAT I HAVE TO SEE HIM EVERYDAY AND I'M STILL UPSET OVER IT?? YES IT DOESN'T FUCKING FEEL GREAT! SO DON'T YOU DARE GO AROUND SAYING THAT I CANT HOLD A RELATIONSHIP WHEN I WAS WITH HIM FOR A YEAR, YOU'RE SUCH AN ASSHOLE!" I screamed as I turned to leave but then he turned me back around and looked at me,
"Scar I didn't mean to say that, I was just upset I really didn't mean to say it!" Harry replied, I sniffed as my hair turned into a fire red with blue ends,
"Then what the hell was it supposed to sound like huh? " I asked, he was quiet for a few seconds so I shook my head,
"I cant believe I stood up for you" I replied as I turned around, but then suddenly I was grabbed by Harry as he turned me around,
"Scar wait-" but he was then cut off when he tripped over his robes as fell forward as our lips connected, my eyes widened as his did as well as it took us a second to pull apart, we were both gasping as his arms were around my waist and mine we're on his shoulders, we were both looking at each other as we were gasping for air, then I jumped out of his arms as I looked a him, he looked down at me in shock,
"Scar, I didn't mean-" I cut him off,
"I know " I replied,
"I know you didn't, but can we never bring this up?" I asked, still in shock by what had happened, he nodded his head,
"Yeah, I understand " he replied, I nodded in thanks as I turned around and began to walk away,
"Scar wait-" he said as he reached out for me once again, but I gasped and jumped back even further,
"No! don't go near me, don't touch me, please, I just need to be alone for a while, just leave me alone" I replied, he sighed and hung his head,
"You know I didn't do it on purpose Scar" he said, I nodded as some hair fell in my face, I looked and saw that it was white, I was scared?
well I guess so since he just came at me like that, but it was an accident, right? yes of course it was Scar, don't think like that, I looked and realized that I didn't answer,
"I believe you Harry, but I just really need to be alone for a while " I replied, he nodded as I got up and slowly walked out of the room.
I turned a corner and ran right into Draco; he caught me before I fell but I quickly jumped out of his arms and quickly dusted off my robes.
"Sorry Scar! I didn't mean to-" I cut him off
"I know, don't worry about it Draco" I fake smiled and walked around him; only to be grabbed by the arm.
"Hey are you okay? You seem upset" I turned around and smiled; pulling a strand of hair behind my ear.
"I'm fine Draco really" I replied; he nodded his head as we both fell silent. I looked up at him and saw that he was looking intensely at me. I looked around to see if he was looking behind me at someone; there was no one.
"What are you looking at Drac-" He cut me off as he smashed his lips onto mine. I gasped and automatically put my hands on his chest and shoved him back; wiping my mouth free of anything.
"What the hell Draco!" I yelled; backing up from him.
"I'm so sorry! I don't know what came over me" He exclaimed; looking at me in shock. I slowly nodded before backing up even more.
"Okay...well I'm going to go"
"Scar wait-" but I was already running down the hallway. What was with different guys trying to kiss me today?
