EPILOGUE

She's interesting.

I've known her since I transferred here in Holy Heart. I did bond with her and her friends for a couple of times already and she is really loud. Always laughing and being sarcastic anytime she wants.

“Xavier,” she called.

“Yes babe?”

“Hindi rin kita type.” she said and turn her back on me.

I saw her alone at the canteen so I approach her.

“Habang buhay ka talagang magiisa sa libingan pag hindi ka tumayo diyan.” she sneered at me.

Her cute expressions whenever I tease her always made my day. Her witty comebacks somehow amaze me. My interest towards her grew fonder as days passed by.

“Hindi mo ako type, sigurado ka?” nakangising tanong ko sa kaniya.

“H-hindi” she said shuttering.

“I am just...... your type, babe.” I said smirking.

“Ayoko sabi magpahatid sayo.”

“Bakit ba ayaw mo?” I asked, annoyed.

“Dahil.....hindi kita manliligaw. Bakit ako magpapahatid sayo?”

But their are times that she really annoys me. She has this unacceptable and weird reasons that you could never easily get. She always gets doubt so easily then run away afterwards.

“Hindi kita titigilan. Nasimulan ko na. I won't stop until I win you over.”

I know girls, their wants and the things that can make their hearts flutter. It is my expertise. So, I tried to make my way to her. I don't know why I can't stop myself but to stay close to her. Surprisingly, she always do something to block my way, pushing me away.

“Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit ba ako ang ginugulo mo. Hindi naman ganoon dati. Kung inaakala mo na kagaya ako ng ibang babae sa school na magkakandarapa sayo pwes nagkakamali ka. Iba ako sa kanila Xavier, kaya please wag ako.”

“Dahil ayoko. Ayoko.....sayo”

Though I am persistent. At first I thought that I only find her challenging. Not until I felt my whole world stops and my eyes only focused on her the moment she smiled at me.

Damn, I'm doomed.

“Na liligawan mo ako. Wag kang mag alala dahil wala akong pakialam kahit maghalikan kayo magdamag ni Aika. Hindi ako magpapaligaw sayo at hindi kita gusto. Hindi mo ako mauuto gaya ng ibang babae diyan. Kung wala kang ibang magawa sa buhay mo, wag ako ang istorbuhin mo dahil wala akong oras para sayo. Ayoko sa mga lalaking nanguuto at nangloloko ng babae, in short ayoko sayo. Kaya pwede ba tigilan mo ako, wala ako sa mood para sa mga kalokohan mo.”

I don't know what to do so she would take me seriously. Is this my karma for playing around too much?

“I don't wanna be just your friend but I can settle with it.....for now. Until you trust me enough. I will wait until that time comes, babe.”

“B-bakit mo ba gustong makuha ang tiwala ko?” she asked.

“Because I like you. That's why.”

Slowly, I can feel that I am getting close to her. She's starting to open up her doors to me. I know that I am already gaining her trust. 

She's always in denial whenever she gets jealous. She gets mad and then hit or grab my hair.

What a sadist!

“Hoy, sabi ko ihatid mo ako”

I was shocked.

“So, liligawan na kita?” I asked hopefully.
