PETE
Bending my knees, exhaled, I twisted my hips and torso and delivered one strong punch to Sixto's chin making him staggered back a little. He just shakes it off and then we continued to spar, sending me blow by blow punch and kick which I tried to block using both my forearms.
He successfully lands a punch on my stomach and that slowed down both our action, breathing through the pain, I back away from him. Seeing that he was a little bit enjoying that he gave me a good punch, I bend my right knee and pivoted my entire body and delivered a kick that he wasn't able to block.
"Oyyyy Pete!" Sixto glared at me once he recovered from the kick.
"Don't be a spoil sport." I teased before we both get back to stance and started our sparring again.

"Uggg!" Both of us slumped down the carpeted floor on their home gym once we decided that we already had enough exercise for the day. It's only the middle of the week and our early morning class was suspended due to some emergency by the professor. I was already up and about when I receive the message, so I decided to go to the twins' house and spar with Sixto.
Sixto and I did kickboxing when we were kids up until senior high. Now we only do it if we have extra time as part of our exercise routine, I just usually run on treadmills on most days. If Sandee and I bond on school works and business stuffs, kickboxing is what I do with Sixto.
We both look up at the same time when we heard the door opened, followed by a meowing sound.
"You two done?" Sandee asked, as she sauntered inside the gym, her pudgy cat Mochi in her arms. I nodded my head as confirmation while Sixto just grunted and proceeded to stand and pet Mochi. "I already ask the housekeepers to prepare some brunch. And go take shower, you stink." She said as she pulled away the cat from her twins' hand.
"Thanks, Sandee." Standing up, I went straight to one of the guest rooms which I use whenever I stay here. Once I entered the room, I immediately pick up my phone on the night stand, checking if there is anything urgent that I needed to respond to.
There was a message and a missed call, both coming from Kao. I opened the text message.
From: Kao Panuwat
Hi, are you free later?
I'm thinking we can get the supplies after school, if only you're free.
I dialed his number thinking if I really need to come with him just to buy supplies. I can just send him the money.
Kao answered on the second ring.
"Hi Pete!" As usual, he greeted me enthusiastically.
"Hey, I just read you text." I put him on speaker as I started to prepare for a shower, first removing my sweaty clothes.
"Hmm, so are you free?" He asked. "But if not, that's totally fine." He immediately added before I can say anything. I stop what I was doing and look at my phone, as if I can see Kao even though it is only a voice call.
I was supposed to decline and just say that I already have a plan but something on the tone of his voice made me suddenly change my mind.
"My class ends at four, are you available by that time?" I say as I pulled out my uniform from the paper bag that I brought with me from home.
"Yes!" He answered back with his now usually happy voice. "Mine ends at three, I'll just wait for you."
"Okay, I'll see you then."
"See you, bye!" Kao says before ending the call, I then went inside the bathroom to have my much-needed shower.
