KAO
"Is this really okay?" I ask Pete as I'm standing in front of the full-size mirror, it is Saturday and we are currently getting ready for a lunch out with the Lapassalan siblings.
"What's wrong with your outfit?" He looks at me as he buttons his light blue long sleeve shirt.
"We are matching." I see Pete smirk behind me, I can see him looking at my reflection at the mirror. He paired his light blue long sleeve shirt with a dark blue pants and me, I'm currently wearing an unbuttoned shorts sleeve polo over a while shirt, the polo almost the same shade of Pete's top, with the same colored pants as him just a different cut.
And yes, you guess it right, we are both going to wear white shoes.
"And?" He asks one eyebrow raised.
"Aren't you shy at all?" I retorted back. I was the one who has this whole outfit prepared for I have it on my overnight bag. I slept here at Pete's place last night for we had our Friday cook out and it doesn't make sense if I will still go home and meet him the next morning.
When we start preparing our day after breakfast, he takes one look on my outfit before rummaging on his closet.
"Why would I be? Are you?"
"A little." I admitted.
"Why?" He asks with a frown on his face.
"I don't know. Isn't this like way too obvious that we are dating?" I answered, it is very clear to me that almost all DBU students now know that we are boyfriends. But this is us going out, ok in a totally different outfit but with the same color scheme.
"That's the point." I blink a few times before I finally understand.
"Ow." Why can't I be as confident as him? "I'm sorry."
"Tsk. What are you sorry for now?" He is now fixing his hair on the mirror above his dresser.
"That I'm not as confident as you?" I finish fixing my outfit and turned to look at him pouting.
"That's who you are, Kao." He walks nearer to me, now standing in front of me asks, "Are you uncomfortable about it?"
I immediately shake my head, I maybe shy but I like him dressing to match me.
"And that's what important."
--
"You really can afford anything." I say as we enter an exclusive restaurant and we are headed to a private room of an exclusive restaurant. "I feel underdressed."
"You look fine." Pete who is walking beside me just rolled his eyes. "This is Safia's favorite restaurant, she likes the chocolate decadent cake they serve here."
I think my eyes twinkle when Pete said that, "Excited?" He asks with a playful smile on his face and I just nodded my head as an answer.
After a few seconds the concierge who assisted us is now opening the room where I can see the twins are already in, with two other persons that I'm guessing are Sylas and Safia, their siblings.
Safia is a very cute girl, based on what Pete told me she is in her first year of Medicine in Harvard, I'm guessing she's only eighteen or nineteen. She looks pretty much like a younger version of Sandee with ash blond hair color, which is obviously made from the salon. All her other siblings have jet black hair.
While Sylas is the opposite, he doesn't look like any of his siblings, the only thing similar is the jet black hair and the narrow eyes, everything else is different. While his three siblings skin color are more on to tanner side, his skin is much more lighter and his face is much more softer compared to sharp features of his siblings.
