Prayer is the way of conversing to the Father And giving praise to Him for His splendor and power Expressing faith to what is unseen of human's eyes And the love that is felt by the heart, far beyond sight.
When praying, we must say it And not just to think of it For God gives us mouth and tongue to utter So we can speak the words we want to deliver.
When praying, we must not focus on ourselves 'Cause He knows our needs even before we say a word Be like Jesus who prayed for mankind instead of Himself We should also include in our plea, the welfare of the world.
When praying, we must not be in haste or do murmur God has His own timetable and always for the better Be like Abraham and Sarah who waited many years for an offspring Our Maker is true to His promise — He's always listening.
When praying, we must go to our room silently And not to act like hypocrites who did for display Then, the Lord who sees secretly will reward us And eventually will pour out His blessings in a lush.
When praying, we must not run to God lastly But to acknowledge His presence each start of the day Not to communicate with Him, only when troubles appeared Moreover, to thank Him in every prayer that has been answered.
Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it Faith can move mountains, even if it's small like a mustard seed If you pray, it must be sincere and heartily-spoken On bended knees, you should bow alone to His Reverence.
