A journey to change Autumn

Autumn's P.O.V
It's weird. It's weird having that feeling where you think you know someone but you also think they are complete strangers. Like thinking you recognize someone but then realizing you were completely wrong. It destroys you. It messes with you mind until you can't stand yourself. It even drives you to the point of screaming until the voice inside your head that is telling you that you are wrong stops. At least that worked for me.

Ever since I have woken up I can't remember anyone. Except for one person. When I first came around I was dazed, confused, trying to understand my situation. The first person I saw, I didn't recognize. He was defeated. You could see it in his eyes. He says his name is Tyler and I keep having dreams about him but none of it is making sense. The next person I saw was a woman that claims to be my aunt. Then my uncle, cousins, and even a few friends all of which I can't remember. But then someone else walked in. Oblivious of the whole situation he came and gave me a hug. Which I have rejected from every one else. Once I get to see who it is I realize it is my twin I am staring at.

"Luke." I said everyone shocked since I remember him.

After that everyone told him what was happening. You could see it in his eyes. The sorrow and sympathy shows clearly. Ever since then I come to him with any of my questions and messed up dreams. I have dreams of all of the people around me. Sometimes I think they are my memories because they feel so real. I ask Luke if they really happened or not. Most of them he says are just dreams but one or two of them were real.

Ever since I came around I have felt pain. The doctor won't tell me what's wrong for "security" reasons. But there is still pain. I can feel it all over me. The doctors have been giving me pain medicine but it doesn't help much. Although I can somewhat figure out some of my injuries. I have a white cast around most of my leg. It stops mid thigh. I also have a white bandage looking thing around my wrist. I don't know what even landed me here in the first place. I hope I can remember everyone because it sounds like I had a pretty good life before this all happened.

It's been a week since I have been awake and it is almost Thanksgiving. I get tired very easily now. I don't know if it's the medicine or just getting worn out from trying to remember everyone. So when I start to fall asleep it doesn't surprise me or Luke.

I am in my study. Well not in my study but my uncle's study. I go over to the old book shelf and grab a book. I walk back over to Tyler when he says,"Man your dad is funny."

Now I am on the roof. The roof? Why am I on the roof? Oh yeah I am hiding from Tyler. I lean over and see him on my balcony. Not a second later he is on the roof with me holding me against him to keep me warm. We are talking but I can't recall what it is about. Then we are inside. I soon get told the news of my mom and fall to my face.

Suddenly, we were at the beach. We are sitting on a bench. I am no longer myself but watching from a far. I see myself slowly fall asleep with me head on Tyler's shoulder. He then kisses my forehead, picks me up, and takes me to my house.

Lastly I see myself in a class room when Tyler says,"You are too beautiful when you blush to look away."

I sit up sharply shocking the ones in the room, which consists of Tyler and Luke. Panting and sweating it all comes back to me.
"Tyler." I take a deep and shaky breath ,"I remember." I say still panting.
