CHAPTER - 30

Third Person's POV

Jade enter the room where Ellie's lying in. Its been five weeks after the incident . She slowly move closer to a girl with a pale skin, tired eyes, thin skin and almost bald hair.

"Jade..." Ellie utter a word ng makita niyang papalit ito sa kanya.

Jade is still shock dahil sa kalagayan ni Ellie. Malayo ang itsura niya sa Ellie na huli niyang nakita sa Bar.

Ellie give her best to smile at Jade weakly. She cant breath properly, there are apparatuses in her body to support.

"P-please come closer.. Jade." Even if she finds hard to talk dahil sa madali siyang kapusin ng hininga, sinubukan parin niya dahil alam niyang maaring ito na ang huling pag kakataon na makakausap niya ang dating kaibigan.

Jade sat in the chair na malapit sa hinihigaan ni Ellie. Tinitigan niya ito at hangang ngayon hindi pa rin mag proseso sa kanya ang kalagayan ni Ellie.

"Jade, thank you for granting my request eventhough i know its hard for you to talk to me again after what i did." She slowly try to incline her body para makaupo at makausap ng ayos si Jade but she failed.

She's too weak while Jade remain silent dahil hindi niya parin maintindihan kung bakit nasa ganitong kalagayan si Ellie.

Kaninang umaga ay may nag iwan ng sulat sa labas ng condo unit nila ni Kenon at nakalagay doon ang Room number at address mula kay Ellie. Hindi lang iyon ang unang pagkakataon na nakatanggap si Jade ng sulat at parehas na room number at address mula kay Ellie. Subalit hindi niya ito pinagtuunan ng pansin dahil puro galit ang nararamdaman niya sa dating kaibigan.

"Jade i-im sorry. Kasalanan ko ang lahat ng nangyari. I deceive Bryle dahil sa kagustuhan kong bumalik siya sa akin." Pagsisimula ni Ellie.

"The day that Bryle help me out for fixing my faucet is the day i started to think and try to win him back. I make extra effort para mapansin niya ako.  Not just a friend, but as a lover. " tumaas ang kilay ni Jade mula sa sinabi ni Ellie.

" I keep on reminding him our past by remanicing it. I even ask him to be with me for a while to take a chance na mas makuha ang atensyon niya. But spending time with him, i know and i feel it na hindi na ako.  He never look at me like how he look at me before. Ang nakikita ko lang sa mga mata niya ay lungkot mula sa nakaraan. "Tumigil ng sandali si Ellie para makahabol ng hininga dahil sa
pagsasalita.

"Are you alright Ellie?" Pag aalalang tanong ni Jade sa kaibigan dahil alam niyang hirap na ito sa pag hinga.

Ellie just show her weak smile and continue to talk.

"The day when he got drunk dahil sa pagsama niya kay Marco for the whole week, i try my best to get that chance para makasama ko si Bryle. I try to turn the table and play the game. I know he's weak spot and i use it to take advantage over him." Hindi alam ni Jade kung saan papunta ang sinasabi ni Ellie but still kailangan niyang makinig.

"Nag offer ako kay Bryle na ako ang magtatapos ng mga paperwork ni Marco which i know he wont let me. I told him that he can help me and comeover in my house to finish everything. " she look at Jade and she feel that is upset right now.

" I made a point that we will end up in bed kaya noong dumating siya, i scatter some papers on my bedroom's floor so he will come up stairs. And yes he did. He was sobber dahil sa alak na nainom niya and i took it as advantage to flirt with him by treating him like we were a couple and how are we whenever he was drunk." The difficulty of breathing make her slow from talking.
