CHAPTER - 43

Lauren's POV

"Meeting is adjourn." I step out immediately from the meeting hall.

"Annie pakisabi kay Manong Resty na ihanda ang kotse ko." Tumango naman ito at umalis sa harapan ko.

I went inside my office to retouch my make up. I have a business meeting outside the company and i need to be there.

"Maam nakahanda na po ang sasakyan niyo." Humihingal pa si Annie na pumasok sa office ko.

Lalabas na sana siya ng mag salita ako.

"Tama bang sa DE Company ang next meeting ko?" I smile devilishly.

Get your ass Jerk. Im coming.

"Maam, sabi po ni Sir Gabriel ay magpadala nalang daw po ako ng ibang representative papunta doon. Hindi niyo na daw po kailangan na pumunta doon." As i always expected consistent pa rin si Daddy.

It's been a month now since Red left me and he's pissing me off constantly. Mula ng mag inom ako sa bar nina Kenon at makauwi sa mansyon, kinausap ko si Mommy na babalik na kami ni Lucas sa penthouse.

I expected na hindi siya papayag dahil alam niyang lalo lang magagalit si Daddy but then she covers me up. She even talk to my dad that i need some space to breath. Luckily pumayag naman si Daddy with condition, he will send a number of body guard twice as the number that i already had.

I agree with his creepy idea makaalis lang sa poder niya. Things are quiet good pakiramdam ko bumalik kami ni Lucas sa normal naming buhay maliban nalang sa idea na maraming nakapaligid sa labas ng unit namin. My Dad also send his black man sa school ni Lucas para makasigurado na hindi ito malalapitan ni Red.

That old man is getting into my nerve.

"It's fine Annie, sabihan mo ang tauhan mo na wag ng tumuloy pero papaltan mo ang name niya sa guest list as Unknown Person. Para hindi matrace ni Daddy na ako ang umattend. Pakisabi kay manong Resty that i'll be there in a minute." Annie quickly nod at me. She quickly went out to make a call.

Bago ako lumabas ng office ko kinuha ko ang box na ibibigay ko kay Red. It's my early present for him. Sana kapag nakita niya ang laman nito, he will change his mind.

We will get your daddy back baby.
I caress my tummy and smile.

Lumabas na ako ng office dala dala ang bag ko at box na ibibigay ko kay Red mamaya. Naglakad na ako sa hallway at isa isa ng sumunod ang mga body guard ko sakin. Psh.

My employees immediately bow their head once na makita nilang dumaan ako sa main lobby which is hindi normal. I always use an exclusive elevator for CEO na connected mula sa parking area.

I went inside the car and seat at the back. Since then my Dad wont allow me to drive alone dahil alam niyang tatakas ako. Ang hindi niya alam even he multiplied the number of his personnel i have my ways. Si Red lang naman ang hindi nakikicooperate.

Ilang beses na akong sumubok na umattend sa mga event na invited ang DE Company but i always fail na makita siya. It's either his secretary will attend for him or walang a-attend.

Somehow im getting tired from chasing him, but i can't easily gave up like he always did to me. Not now, that we are having our second child.

I'm on my way to his company and i'm too excited to see him again. I miss him badly.

After an hour, we already reach his company. Pinagbuksan ako ng pinto ni Manong Resty as i proceed inside the lobby.

"Good Morning Maam. What can i help you?" Tanong ng clerk sa akin.
