Salacia POV

As I ran through the forest in search of my friend, I felt a pain in my chest. I remembered that since I absorbed negative energy from Kili, I could sense when he got more. "Something wrong..." I whispered, I closed my eyes and focused my energy to Kili...they where in Goblin town. I gasped and I knew I had no time for searching. I formed a ball of light in my hand and closed my eyes. "In this great time of need, I plead, please come to me." I whispered before shooting the light into the sky. "Please work...please please please work!" I begged lacing my hands. I closed my eyes together, holding my hands to my chest and Tucking my chin to my chest. "Please...please..." I whispered. Suddenly I heard the sound of hooves land behind me. I turned and smiled at the beautiful creature behind me. She was a my animal spirit I summoned out of my body when I was little. She had a ghost like appearance, however no one could touch or communicate with her except me, Lady Galadriel had seen her once and told me it was astonishing that I had the ability to pull my animal spirit out of my body, and give it the actual strength to form a body. "Shimirel!" I said. She bowed her head to me. I ran and hugged her around the neck. "I need your help." I said looking at her, "I need you to take me to the mountain where goblin down is as fast as possible, I need to get out of here." I said. She kneeled down and allowed me on her back. I held onto her hair as she began running before taking off into the air. I held on tightly as we maneuvered out of the forest and into the sky. I loved Shimeril with every fiber in my being. She had saved my life more times than I could count. No matter how many stupid things I get myself into, she saves me. One thing I didn't like...was that i couldn't talk to her. I looked at the sky and saw the daylight shining.

Fili PoV

We all sprinted quickly down passageways in Goblin town. Though there where hundreds upon hundreds following us. "Quickly!" Gandalf yelled. "Faster!" I bellowed as they began to catch up to us. I made my way to Dwalin before we found a passive post. We all lifted it and began shoving goblins out of our way easily. We dropped the pole and pulled out of weapons and began fighting. I saw Kili shooting arrows at Goblins from afar. We then noticed goblins beginning to swing at us on ropes from above. "Cut the ropes!!" Thorin yelled. I hacked them along with Dwalin. Suddenly as we ran we came onto a path held by ropes hanging above others. "Jump!" Thorin said cutting the rope as goblins began to jump onto it. I grabbed Kili's arm and pulled him with me as I jumped. We landed on the other path and saw the not all of them had managed to jump. We all ran as the others where above and slid down to our path when given the chance. We all sprinted down paths, slicing, dicing, and hacking goblins. We approached a large wooden bridge and began to cross it, before we could the goblin king dropped down in front of us. Gandalf stopped us all. "You thought you could escape me?" He bellowed. The King swung his mace at Gandalf, almost knocking him down. "What are you going to do now wizard?" He asked. Before we could do anything Gandalf lunged forward and stabbed him in the eye and slicing his belly. The goblin shrieked and fell to his knees. "That'll do it..." The Goblin king said before Gandalf sliced his neck, causing him to fall dead. The bridge began to shake under the dead weight of the monstrous goblin. In a matter of seconds the bridge collapsed. I fell as it began sliding down the cavern walls at a terrifying speed. Suddenly Dwalin grabbed my arm to keep me from fallin since I had no grab onto anything. I held onto his arm tightly. In a matter of seconds the bridge crashed to the ground. I was send tumbling back as Dwalin let me go during the impact. "well, that could have been worse." Bofur said. I nodded in agreement, just before the Goblin Kings corpse landed on the bridge. Some of the dwarves who where stuck in the wreckage groaned and cried out in pain. "You've got to be joking!" Dwalin growled. I helped pull them out along with Gloin and Nori. As we pulled them out we saw thousands of goblins running down the cavern towards us. "Gandalf!" Kili yelled. "There's too many! We can't fight them!" Dwalin yelled. "Only one thing will save us, daylight! Come on! Here, on your feet!" Gandalf yelled. We all followed him out of the mountain quickly, knowing the goblins wouldn't follow us. We all stopped after running a ways down the hill. "Five, six, seven, eight...Bifur, Bofur...that's ten...Fili, Kili...that's twelve...and Bombur - that makes thirteen. Where's Bilbo? Where is our Hobbit? Where is our hobbit?!" Gandalf yelled. I sighed, 'damnit Bilbo.' I said as my brother and I looked around. "Curse the halfling! Now he's lost??" Dwalin said irritated. "I thought he was with Dori!" Gloin said. "Don't blame me!" Dori defended. "Well when did you last see him?!" Gandalf asked. "I think I saw him slip away, when they first collared us." Nori said speaking up. "What happened exactly, tell me." Gandalf said. Thorin then stepped up, a very displeased look on his face. "I'll tell you what happened. Master Baggins saw his chance and he took it! He's thought of nothing but his soft bed and his warm hearth since first he stepped out of his door! We will not be seeing our Hobbit again. He is long gone." He said. I frowned...not knowing whether to believe him or not. Suddenly Bilbo stepped out behind a tree. "No, he isn't." He said. "Bilbo Baggins! I've never been so happy to see anyone in my life!" Gandalf said happily. "Bilbo! We'd given you up!" Kili said smiling. "How on earth did you get past the goblins?" I asked. "How, indeed." Dwalin said crossing his arms. I noticed he was struggling to find words, until Gandalf saved him. "Well, what does it matter? He's back!" Gandalf said. "It matters! I want to know, why did you come back?" Thorin asked. Bilbo sighed, "Look, I know you doubt me, I know you always have. And you're right, I often think of Bag End. I miss my books. And my armchair. And my garden. See, that's where I belong. That's home. And that's why I came back, cause you don't have one. A home. It was taken from you. But I will help you take it back if I can." He said. I smiled at his kind words and devotion, though that smile was quickly demolished when a warg howl was heard. We looked up to see warg's and orcs at the top of the hill. "Out of the frying pan..." My uncle said. "And into the fire, RUN!" Gandalf yelled as we all sprinted as fast as possible.
