Salacia POV

I quickly went into the dining room and noticed Bilbo had a large paper in his hand. "Read this lass, it's a contract." Balin said as he handed me a piece of paper. I nodded and started to read. However bilbo was ahead of me in reading. "Funeral arrangements?" Bilbo said. I looked up widened then franticly read through, "Terms: Cash on delivery, up to but not exceeding one fourteenth of total profit, if any. Seems fair. Eh, Present company shall not be liable for injuries inflicted by or sustained as a consequence thereof including but not limited to lacerations ... evisceration ... incineration?" I asked before laughing. "Oh, aye, he'll melt the flesh off your bones in the blink of an eye." Bofur said behind me. I laughed while Bilbo looked a little breathless. "Why are you laughing?" Dwalin asked. "Well, I learned how to use fire magic, I can't tell you how many times I seriously burned myself before finally mastering it." I smiled. "So you use element magic?" Kili asked. "Yes and I can heal, and do some magic with animals." I said before continuing to read the contract. "So, we're going to reclaim your homeland that was stolen from you by a dragon because he wanted the wealth inside and you havnt seen him in fifty years so now something has told you it's time to go back, SO the plan is to tear cheek across middle earth to Erabor and reclaim it? With the warning that we might be brutally killed by whatever lies between here and there then the dragon?" I asked. Bofur looked at me then his pipe, "aye lass that sums it up!" I shrugged, "okay, does anyone have something I can sign this with?" I asked. Balin gave me a pen and I signed my name, folded the contract and gave it to him. I then noticed Mr. Baggins on the ground. "Is anyone going to help him?" I asked. The dwarves looked at eachother. "You all right, laddie?" Balin asked. I watched Bilbo bend over, looking as though he was about to throw up. "Uh...yeah I feel a but faint." He said taking deep breaths. "Thing furnace, with wings." Bofur said. I placed my face in my hands and sighed. "That's probably not helping." I said. "Air, I-I need air..." Bilbo said. "Flash if light, searing pain then poof! Your nothing more than a pile of ash!" Bofur said. I pushed his shoulder to sit him back down. "Bofur! We need him to come with us! Not piss himself!" I said, causing the other dwarves to laugh. "Ah...nope." Bilbo said before dropping to the ground. "See..." I muttered. "Very helpful, Bofur." Gandalf said taking a drag from his pipe.

Later on in the night, all of the dwarves where gathered in a cozy sitting room. I had become friends with Bofur so I sat by him, smoking my pipe I had painted to look like white fur given my nickname. "I have never seen a pipe like that, painted I mean." Bofur said. "Oh, yes I painted it to look like a white rabbits fur." I said, admiring my pipe. "Why?" Gloin asked from his spot on the floor. "When I was Radagast's apprentice, the first animal that ever came to me what a white rabbit, so that's what he called me. Most of the time he would just call me White." I said. They nodded then Thorin came into the room, and stood by the fire. I saw a look of sorrow in his eyes. I slowly started to hear the dwarves humming. I stayed silent and watched the scene. I felt my heart beat faster as Thorin started to sing.

""Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep and caverns old
We must away ere break of day
To find our long-forgotten gold"

I felt shivers shoot down my spine as the rest of them joined in.

"The pines were roaring on the height
The winds were moaning in the night
The fire was red, it flaming spread
The trees like torches blazed with light"

I slowly got us, unnoticed and went to join Gandalf. "Do you think the will make it?" I asked him. "My dear Salacia, I do not know." And with that. I found a spot on the ground and went to sleep.
