Midari smirked when she noticed Yuriko staring in your direction. While neither of you had confirmed your relationship, she could tell the two of you were dating. Yuriko wasn't subtle about the actions she took when someone got too close to you.
"Are you going to drown them in debt again?"
Yuriko quickly turns around, nearly bumping into Midari with how close she had been standing to her.
"Why would I drown them in debt? I don't care for them."
"Really? For the past couple of days, you've managed to make over 10 people into house pets...."
"That's our job. We're supposed to make them into house pets."
Midari scoffs as she throws an arm around Yuriko's shoulder.
"Oh it is. I just couldn't help but notice a pattern. You've only been targeting people that have gotten a tad bit too close to (y/n)."
Yuriko takes her hand off of her and turns around to head back to her gambling den.
"I don't know what you're talking about. You're imagining things."
Midari followed after her, not allowing Yuriko to run away. She was right and she wanted for Yuriko to admit that she was jealous and possessive.
"You're not fooling anyone, Yuriko. I've seen the way you look at (y/n)."
"Go away!"
Yuriko walked faster, not wanting to listen to what Midari had to say.
"Not until you admit it!"
For the rest of the afternoon, Midari never left Yuriko's side.

Finishing your last match of the day, you make your way to meet up with Yuriko. When you arrive at your usual spot, she's nowhere in sight. You check your phone to see if she had sent you a message that she was going to be late but there's nothing. You attempt to call her but it goes straight to voicemail. Not wanting to panic about your missing girlfriend, you make your way to the student council room to see if she was in the room.
Making your way inside the room, you only spot Runa.
"If you're looking for Yuriko, she's been spending the day with Midari."
You frown at the mention of the girls name. While you didn't have a problem with president of the Beautification Council, you did have a problem that she had spent the day with Yuriko. They were friends but not to the point that they would spend the entire day together. You had heard the rumors and didn't like the idea of what the two of them could be up to. You trusted Yuriko but not Midari after Yumeko had told you what had happened between the two of them.
You're distracted from your thoughts when you hear Runa laughing.
"What?"
"The two of you are so obvious."
You frown at her words, not understanding what she meant.
"What do you mean?"
She just laughs and shakes her head.
"Oh nothing. I suggest you go find those two. Who knows what they could be up to. I last heard they where in Yuriko's den."
You thank her and head out to find your girlfriend.

The door to the den is opened for you as you approach. Immediately, you spot Midari on her knees in front of Yuriko. You don't care to listen to what she's saying as you grab the back of her collar and drag her away from Yuriko. Rather than being furious of what you had done, Midari just laughed.
"Did I do something to piss you off?"
You're about to answer but Yuriko cuts you off.
"You got what you wanted, now leave."
Midari looks between the two of you with a smirk.
"Not entirely but I'm satisfied for now. Send me a message if the two of you ever want someone else to join you."
"I'll stab your other eye if you ever say something like that again."
You tell her as you shove her to the door.
"I'll keep that in mind."
She says with a wink before finally leaving the two of you alone.
"Why was she bothering you?"
You ask Yuriko when the door to the den is closed.
"She just wanted me to admit the fact that we're dating."
"How did she even find out?"
Yuriko stands up and makes her way over to you.
"I'm not sure. She likes to make wild accusations just to stir up things. No one will pay her any attention so we shouldn't worry."
"I'm more worried about the fact that she'll be bothering me with stupid comments to piss me off. Rather than scare her off, she seemed to like the idea of me stabbing her other eye out."
"Lest not talk about her. She annoyed me the entire day and I would rather not mention her."
You nod and the two of you make your way out of the school.
