The nightmares began to occur after the new set of rules that the twins had given you. They were hardly of any concern at first but when they prevented you from getting any actual sleep, the twins began to worry. Your lack of sleep would induce hallucinations from the darkest parts of your mind. There was nothing they could do to ease your fears. You were too afraid of them.
"We want to help, (y/n)."
"I'm fine, Kirari. There's no reason for you to be troubled by me."
"We're worried. You haven't gotten any sleep."
You refrained yourself from saying something that could get you in trouble. They've been much nicer to you but it all felt fake.
"I've just been stressed about the tests. I'll be fine after taking them. I promise."
"We don't like being lied to. Tell us what is troubling you."
Ririka asked in an unusually warm tone. Her tone might've tempted you to tell them but her words made you keep quiet about it.
"I'm not lying. I'm stressed about the tests. I promise."
Both sisters look at each other, silently communicating with each other. It was frightening to see how well they could understand each other with a few looks.
"We'll help you relax then. It's our turn to take care of you."

You passed your exams but your nightmares never went away. Your lack of sleep was becoming quite noticeable and it made everyone concerned for you.
"What the fuck are you doing to (y/n)?! She looks like a walking corpse."
Kirari laughs, amused that Mary suddenly cared for you.
"You suddenly care about her? Do I need to remind you that you're solely responsible for what happened."
"You can't pin this on me! You're the ones hurting her."
"Hurting her? We haven't done anything to her. We care about her too much to hurt her."
"I would be an idiot to believe the words coming out of your mouth. Just you wait..."
"Mary, lets go. There's no reason to waste our time. We'll figure something out."
Yumeko drags a screaming Mary down the hallway. The entire way, Mary is cursing both Momobami's.

You looked at the twins, unsure of why you were at a therapists office. This was the last place you expected for them to take you.
"Why am I here?"
"You took your exams and nothing has changed. We're worried and since you won't talk to us, then maybe you'll talk to a therapist."
