After reaching Omega, Hunter and Jiro waited in the shipping container while giving Tech the signal to detonate the explosives on the shipping crane. After a moment of tense silence, several explosions were heard. What followed was a loud crash.
Hunter: Now's our chance!
With that, Hunter and Jiro took Omega and ran out of the shipping container. The chaos caused by both the explosions and the falling of the shipping crane allowed Hunter and Jiro to move past the criminals without much difficulty. As they ran through the docks, Hunter contacts Tech.
Hunter: Tech! We've got the girl! You and Wrecker make your way to the Marauder and zero in our our position!
Tech(Communicator): Copy that!
As Hunter and Jiro began making their escape, Swordkil and the Shadow Dogs attempt to find out what's going on. Sensing something was off, Swordkil rushed to the shipping container where Omega was being held. To his rage, he was that Omega was gone. He looked around the chaos and saw Hunter and Jiro running off with Omega.
Swrodkil: Son of a bitch!
Without hesitation, the Shadow Dogs began chasing after Hunter, Jiro and Omega. Jiro turned her head around to see the Shadow Dogs chasing them.
Jiro: Hunter! We got company!
Hunter: Don't stop! Keep moving! Crosshair's got us covered!
As the Shadow Dogs chased after Hunter as Jiro, some of the gangers begin following the Shadow Dogs in the chase. Meanwhile, Crosshair begins picking off gangers from his sniping position. As Crosshair covered for Hunter and Jiro, Omega looked behind her and could see the Shadow Dogs closing in on her. Her mind was gripped with fear. Jiro was quick to try and reassure her.
Jiro: We're getting you out of here! We're going to save you!
Despite not knowing what was going to happen to her, Omega had faith that Jiro was going to rescue her. As Hunter and Jiro took Omega away, they found themselves cornered by the Shadow Dogs and the gangsters.
Hunter: Get behind me.
As Omega hides behind Hunter, Swordkil laughs.
Swordkil: Not bad, Hunter. You almost had me there.
Hunter: We're just getting started, Swordkil.
Swordkil: Oh really? Don't kid yourself, Hunter. You've caused me a lot of grief today. I don' know how you found us, but I frankly don't give a shit. Now you've got something that belongs to me and my client. So here's what's gonna happen, you're gonna give that brat back to me any maybe we'll let you walk out of here alive.
Hunter: Not going to happen.
Swordkil: Don't be stupid, Hunter. You're surrounded. I know you got Crosshair perched up somewhere, but there's no clear shot here.
Jiro: If you think we're giving Omega back to you so you can torture her, you better think again!
Swordkil: It's just business, kid. That kid is valuable to my client. Now since those Pro Heroes got their hands on that Eri brat, little Omega here is even more valuable. It's nothing personal, it's just a job.
As Hunter and Jiro were cornered, a surge of feelings began building up in Omega. She looked around and was crippled by fear of the possibility of being forced to go back. Hunter and Jiro made it very clear that Hunter and Jiro were ready to laydown their lives to protect her. Swordkil soon sighed.
Swordkil: You want to do this the hard way? Fine by me. Boys!
As the Shadow Dogs were about to attack Hunter and Jiro, Omega stepped forward.
Omega: Stop! I won't let you hurt them!
Swordkil: And what are you gonna do about it?
Without hesitation, Omega's eyes began to shine white. She then stares right at Swordkil. Hunter and Jiro watched in shock as Omega seemed to activate a Quirk similar to Swordkil's. She then lunged at Swordkil and attacked him, slashing over his right eye.
Swordkil: Argh! You little bitch!
Swordkil then smacked Omega on the face. Hunter and Jiro rushed to Omega's side. Before the Shadow Dogs could attack, the Havoc Marauder swoops in and hovers over the three. Tech and Wrecker stand on the Marauder's boarding ramp. Wrecker was holding a rocket launcher.
Wrecker: Boom!
Wrecker fires the rocket launcher at a shipping container next to Shadow Dogs. The resulting explosion causes a chain reaction that collapses the shipping containers around the Villains.
Hunter: Let's go! Omega, climb on my back!
The exhausted Omega climbs on Hunter's back as he jumps onto the Havoc Marauder. Jiro soon joins the two. Just as the Shadow Dogs were recovering, the Havoc Marauder begins making it's escape. Enraged, Swordkil grabs an assault rifle off the ground and fires at the Havoc Marauder. Despite his best efforts, the bullets simply bounce off the Havoc Marauder. Meanwhile on the Havoc Marauder, Hunter and Jiro take a moment to catch their breath. After that, they checked on Omega.
Hunter: Are you alright?
Omega: I'm...I'm fine.
Jiro: Your Quirk was like Swordkil's.
Omega: That's not my Quirk.
That statement puzzled Hunter and Jiro. It was clear to them that Omega's Quirk was different.
Omega: What...what will happen to me now?
Jiro: We're taking you someplace safe. A place where no one will hurt you.
In that moment, Omega was overcome with joy. She hugged both Hunter and Jiro tightly, feeling safe for the first time in her life. Thanks to the efforts of the Bad Batch, Omega was spared whatever terrible fate that had awaited her. The Bad Batch's mission to rescue Omega was a success.
