As the raid on Jaku General Hospital was reaching it's climax, the Bad Batch began rushing to the lower levels of the Jaku Hospital in an attempt to stop Shigaraki from obtaining the powers of All For One. The deeper the moved into the hospital's lower level, the little the resistance they encountered.
Hunter: This place is quiet.
Wrecker: That's good, right?
Hunter: No. It's too quiet.
Tech: It's entirely possibly that Dr. Garaki may not have anticipated anyone getting this far.
As Tech said that, rumbling was felt nearby. At this point, it became clear that there was something very wrong. Without hesitation, Hunter contacts Aizawa.
Hunter: What's going on out there, Shota?
Aizawa(Communicator): Hunter! We're pinned down by High End Nomu enroute to the lab!
Hunter: Sit tight, Shota. We're on our way!
Aizawa(Communicator): Negative negative! You need to stop Shigaraki at all costs! We can't let him get the powers of All For One!
As the call ended, Hunter quickly realized the gravity of the situation. Despite wanting to help Aizawa, Hunter knew that if Shigaraki got his hands on the powers of All For One, this entire mission would be compromised. With that, the Bad Batch pressed forward. They continued to face no resistance as they pushed for the laboratory. Eventually, the Bad Batch reaches a set of doors. Tech immediately uses his Chart Quirk to map out the other side.
Tech: I'm picking up two life signs on the other side.
Hunter: That has to be the main lab. Wrecker, plant the charges. We're going in.
Wrecker: Now we're talking!
Wrecker then places demolition charges on the doors. The Bad Batch then get behind cover as Wrecker detonates the charges. As the charges blows the doors open, the Bad Batch quickly move in on the lab. They see Kyudai Garaki standing next to a large medical capsule. Immediately, the Bad Batch had their weapons trained on the mad doctor.
Hunter: Hands in the air! Now!
As the Bad Batch corner Garaki, Garaki pays them no mind as he continues tending to the medical capsule. Without hesitation, Hunter moves in and restrains Garaki.
Hunter: Your twisted game is over! Tech, take a look at that pod!
As Hunter restrains Garaki, Tech moves in on the capsule. Tech then inspects the capsule using his Chart Quirk. It didn't take long before Tech made a startling discovery.
Tech: Hunter....Tomura Shigaraki is in that capsule.
Upon hearing this, Hunter turned his attention to Garaki and slammed him to the ground.
Hunter: Deactivate that pod now!
Garaki: I....I can't! The process has already begun! Even if I could, I would never betray All For One!
Hunter: This is over, you sick, twisted son of a bitch! Tech! Get that pod open now!
Tech then begins attempting to deactivate the capsule. Much to his shock, Tech found himself unable to deactivate the capsule.
Tech: No good, Hunter. There's something hindering me from deactivating the pod.
Wrecker: Step aside, Tech! I got this!
Tech: Wrecker wait!
Before Tech could stop Wrecker, Wrecker punched the capsule with all his might. Much to his shock, the glass on the capsule didn't break. In fact, manical laughter could be heard from inside the capsule.
Wrecker: What the....
As Tech and Wrecker were unable to deactivate the capsule, Garaki began laughing. Hunter then began to interrogate him.
Hunter: How do we deactivate the pod?!
Garaki: You're too late, Hero! The process has already begun!
Hunter: You know, you can bleed to death without ever spilling a drop. All from the inside. Tell me what I want to know or I start breaking bones!
Garaki: You don't scare me, Hero! I have nothing to gain by talking to you!
Hunter then looks at a glass beaker. He then breaks it with his hand. Hunter then grabs a piece of glass and breaks it in two.
Hunter: Think about what you have to lose.
Hunter then sticks the glass shards in Garaki's mouth. Hunter then begins punching Garaki in the face, cutting the shards of glass in his mouth and cutting it. Hunter punches Garaki a few more times before he stops. Garaki then begins spitting out blood.
Hunter: You ready to talk now?!
Garaki: He foresaw his downfall and entrusted all he had to his successor. He even chose to pass on his Quirk. So, just like I once did for him... He took a duplicate of his Quirk for himself... And gave the original to Tomura Shigaraki....
Hunter: Who are you talking about?!
Garaki: Who do you think? When you faced All For One, you faced an All For One with a fraction of his power. And yet....that was enough to bring down All Might.
As Garaki laughs, Aizawa and Present Mic along with a group of Pro Heroes arrived at the scene. Suddenly, the capsule opens. Shigaraki creams upon awakening, getting one of the Pro Hero's attention. Without warning, Shigaraki grabs the Pro Hero and uses his Decay Quirk to kill the Hero and take his cape. Suddenly, the entire tunnel begins to crumble and decay. Shigaraki laughs as Ryukyu uses her flight and massive size granted by her Dragon Quirk to carry and fly a number of heroes away including the Bad Batch from the decaying area. She tries to pick up Aizawa, but a High-End Nomu grabs his leg. The Shield Hero Crust sacrifices his life to save the Erasure Hero by using his shield to sever the Nomu's arm. Both Crust and the High-End are instantly decayed into dust. As the Heroes got to a safe distance, the Bad Batch regroup with Aizawa.
Hunter: Shota...what the hell do we do?!
Aizawa: Hunter....take your squad and get the students to safety.
Hunter: Are you sure?
Aizawa: Go!
Left with no other choice, the Bad Batch departed from the ruins of Jaku General Hospital. They called on the Havoc Marauder and began racing to get Jiro and the students to safety.
