One day, Death Arms was dealing with a hostage situation. This was also the day he was interning Kyoka Jiro, a student from UA. As the officers set up a perimeter around the building, a gunship pulled up.
Jiro: More police officers?
Death Arms: No. The Bad Batch
Four men wearing red and black armor exited the gunship bearing the name Havoc Marauder. Hunter cracked his knuckles while Tech was overlooking a holographic chart on his forearm. Crosshair remained silent as he crossed his arms. Wrecker takes off his helmet, smiling madly.
Wrecker: The cavalry has arrived!
The Bad Batch approached Death Arms and Jiro. Death Arms glared at them while Jiro couldn't help but feel intimidated by the four Pro Heroes.
Death Arms: What are you doing here?
Hunter: Tech here got word of a hostage situation on the radio. Figured it would be good exercise.
Death Arms: This is a serious operation, Hunter. A serious situation that requires careful actions.
Crosshair: At least we get the job done. With a reg like you, the Villains in there are gonna have a field day.
Hunter: Easy there Crosshair. We got bigger fish to fry. Get to the roof of that building over there. If anyone tries to get out, take them down.
Crosshair: Copy.
Crosshair then loads his Sniper Rifle. He then makes his way to the rooftop of the building to get a bird's eye view of the building of where the hostages are.
Hunter: How about this, you and the kid will take the back door while I take the rest of the boys in the entrance?
Death Arms: If a hostage is harmed, you'll learn the consequences for your reckless behavior. Come Jiro.
Jiro: R...right!
Jiro followed Death Arms to the back door of the building. As they did, Hunter turned to Tech and Wrecker.
Hunter: Let's get to work.
Hunter led the Bad Batch inside the building. As soon as they entered, they were surrounded by armed Villains.
Armed Villain: Stop right there! Do you really think we're fucking around?! Take one more step and you're dead!
Hunter: Wrecker? I think your...expertise is needed.
Wrecker cracks his knuckles as he charges at the Villains.
Wrecker: Here comes the Wrecking Ball!
Wrecker begins ragdolling the Villains. They tried to fire on Wrecker, but he's remarkably fast for a man his size. He uses his Superhuman Strength Quirk to take them down with ease. The last armed Villain begins shaking in fear while dropping his gun.
Wrecker: All clear!
Villain: Not the face! Oh please not the face!
Wrecker grabs the Villain by the shirt and headbutts him. Soon enough, Hunter used his Electromagnetic Sonar Quirk to scan the area.
Hunter: Looks like we got armed hostiles on the second floor. Tech?
Tech uses his Chart Quirk to pulls up a holographic map of the first floor. Upon inspecting the map, he was able to see the armed hostiles as well as the hostages.
Tech: We got multiple armed hostiles guarding the hostages.
Hunter: Sounds simple enough. Any entrances?
Tech: I'm seeing multiple points of entry. Three to be specific.
Hunter: What about Death Arms and the kid?
Tech then pulls up a holographic map of Death Arms and Jiro preparing to breach the room on the first floor.
Tech: Death Arms just breached the room. The kid's escorting the hostages.
Hunter: Then we better get to the second floor. I'm sure all that fighting is gonna alert the guards.
Hunter along with Wrecker and Tech made their way to the second floor. As they did, Hunter got a call from Death Arms.
Death Arms(Communicator): Where are you?
Hunter: We're moving to secure the hostages on the second floor.
Death Arms(Communicator): Hold your position! I'm on my way!
Hunter ends the call as they reached the second floor, Hunter contacts Crosshair.
Hunter: Crosshair? Do you have eyes on the second floor?
Crosshair(Communicator): Copy. I'm seeing dozens of armed hostiles patrolling the room.
Hunter: We're getting ready to breach. Cover us.
Crosshair(Communicator): Affirmative.
Tech then pulls up the holographic map of the second floor.
Tech: 45. Mark 151.
Hunter: 45. Mark 151.
Hunter then grabs two flashbangs and throws them into the room. As the flashbangs went off, the guards were blinded by the light.
Hunter: Breaching, breaching! Clear the room!
Wrecker charged into the room and began taking down Villains while Crosshair takes down Villains with nonlethal shots. Tech tends to the hostages while Hunter picks off any stragglers. Soon enough, the room was cleared.
Hunter: Room clear!
Wrecker: Any more?! C'MON!
Tech: Hostages secured.
After clearing the room, Death Arms and Jiro entered the room. While Death Arms disapproved of the tactics used by the Bad Batch, Jiro was visibly impressed.
Jiro: Whoa....
Death Arms: That was reckless, Hunter! Your actions put the hostages in unnecessary danger! You've gone too far this time!
Wrecker: Why don't you tell that to someone who gives a damn?! In case you didn't see it, we took down the bad guys!
Hunter: Easy there, Wrecker. Since Death Arms is so by the book, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to fill out all the paper work.
Hunter smirked as he pats Death Arms at the back. With the situation resolved, Hunter led the Bad Back back to the area where Crosshair was waiting for him. The Bad Batch then entered the Havoc Marauder and flew away. For the Bad Batch, this hostage situation was just another day as the office
