It started off as a normal day for the students of Class 1-A. It was the day after the Final Exams and most of Class 1-A had passed with the exception of a few students. As the class were looking over their notes, the Bad Batch entered the class room. Only Jiro recognized them as Hunter turned his attention to Aizawa.

Aizawa: Hunter. Good to see you again.

Hunter: You too, Eraser. It's been a while.

Hunter and Aizawa shook hands. Despite the friendly gesture, Aizawa maintained his stern demeanor. As the Bad Batch gathered in the class room, Bakugo wasn't impressed.

Bakugo: Who the hell are these extras?!

Iida: Mind your manners, Bakugo! These Pro Heroes are guests of UA! We will show them the proper respect they deserve!

Iida then approaches the Bad Batch and bows to them.

Iida: On behalf of Class 1-A,  we welcome you to our class with open arms!

The Bad Batch wasn't used to such warm welcomes. Tech was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. Crosshair however had no interest in it. He simply glared at the class while he had a toothpick in his mouth.

Aizawa: Class, this is the Bad Batch. They're a Pro Hero team that specialize in high risk situations. They're not your typical Pro Heroes.

The Bad Batch looked at Class 1-A. Wrecker cracked his knuckles with a mad grin on his face. Seeing this intimidated some of the students.

Aizawa: Everyone suit up.

Class 1-A went to the locker room and got dressed in their Hero costumes and followed Aizawa and the Bad Batch to the control room. Aizawa then gave the assignment.

Aizawa: Those who failed the Final Exams will have an opportunity to try and reverse their score.

Mina: Are you serious?! Yay!

Kirishima: I like the sound of that!

Aizawa: But on one catch. Those who failed the Final Exams will go up against the Bad Batch.

At that point, the students who failed the Final Exams looked to the Bad Batch. They were immediately intimidated by the Pro Hero team. The Pro Heroes they faced in the exams were not nearly as intimidating.

Crosshair: You're pitting us against a bunch of rookies?

Kaminari: Hey! We've taken on real Villains! We're not rookies!

Crosshair: Great. Now you're just regs. We don't usually work with regs.

Bakugo: The fuck is that supposed to mean?! You talking shit?!

At that point, both Hunter and Aizawa stepped in between Bakugo and Crosshair.

Hunter: Easy there, kid. He's talking about regular Pro Heroes. Don't take it personally, kid.

Iida: I don't mean to be rude, but that behavior isn't fitting for a Pro Hero! A Pro Hero shouldn't antagonize their fellow Heroes!

Hunter: Crosshair isn't much of a conversationalist but when you have to hit a precise target from ten clicks, Crosshair's your man. Ain't that right, Eraser?

At this point, Class 1-A were curious. It seemed that their homeroom teacher had some kind of history with the Bad Batch or Hunter at the very least.

Yaoyorozu: Mr. Aizawa? Do you know these men?

At that point, Aizawa rolled the the sleeve on his left arm. As he did, a tattoo was shown on his left shoulder. The tattoo was the number 99. The class was stunned at this revelation.

Jiro: You were a member of the Bad Batch?!

Hunter: You bet he was! Eraser was a damn good member of the Bad Batch! His Erasure Quirk was a perfect match in our team!

Kirishima: That's so manly!

Aizawa took a moment to reflect on his time as a member of the Bad Batch. Class 1-A was in awe that their homeroom teacher was once a member of the Bad Batch. His reputation as an underground Hero made him a perfect member of the Bad Batch who had a similar reputation.

Aizawa: My time in the Bad Batch isn't important. What is important is the assignment. As I said before, those who failed the Final Exams will be facing the Bad Batch in an attempt to reverse their grade. The rest of you will be observing the fight.

Sato: What's the ground rules?

Wrecker: Ground rules?! You take us down while we take you down! That's the ground rules!

Tech: Maybe we should go easy on them, Wrecker. They're students after all.

Crosshair: You heard those rookies, Tech. They fought Villains. Let's see if they can back up those claims.

Aizawa: The rules will be the same as with the Final Exams. The students will have thirty minutes  capture the Bad Batch or successfully escape from the battle. You must learn to confront your Quirk's weaknesses in order to pass, and the Quirks of the Bad Batch will exploit that.

As Aizawa gave the ground rules of the special exam, the students who failed the Practical Exams stepped up. The team consisted of Eijiro Kirishima, Denki Kaminari, Mina Ashido, Hanta Sero and Rikido Sato. The Bad Batch looked to the students they would be facing.

Wrecker: That's it?! This should be easy!

Crosshair: Too easy.

Kirishima: Don't underestimate us! We'll pass for sure!

Hunter: Is that so? We'll see about that, kid. Just so you know, we won't be holding back. We're gonna come at you with everything we got. And just to give you all a fair warning, Wrecker here is itching for a good fight.

Wrecker lets out a mad laugh as he cracked his knuckles. After that, both the students and the Bad Batch taken to their starting positions to formulate a plan for how to approach this special assignment. Aizawa and the rest of Class 1-A would watch this battle go down with great interest.
