It was already 1 week, yet everything in house was still. No happiness, no movements, and surprisingly, no fights. The bond between three brothers and Sumati grew stronger while the relationship between Bondita and the family, was not improving. Though Bondita was talking with each and everyone, but not freely.

Anirudh and everyone else were sitting on the dining table. Naina was serving everyone. It was totally a quite atmosphere, when the heard the anklets jingling. Everyone looked up, at eachother and then at back. Bondita was slowly walking but soon stopped, seeing all the eyes on her. She gave small smile. Anika jumped from her seat and ran towards Bondita. Holding her hand, she said "Maa chalo na khana khaate hai."

Bondita gave a light smile and nodded. Anika jumped and clapped her hands happily. Bondita giggled little seeing her and to every one's relief. Bondita held her hand and made her sit on the chair, infront of Anirudh. She gave a smile to everyone.

" Naina, tu bhi baith jaana. Saath mein khate hai." Bondita said while Naina wobbled her head happily. She sat beside Bondita, and asked Koyli to help in serving. The family members wanted to talk with her, but didn't know how to start. As soon as the food was served, Bondita looked for her mother. But she didn't find her.

" Maa kahan hai?" Bondita asked while everyone looked at her. She stood and looked around. " Maa kahan hai?" Bondita again asked. The family members didn't know what to reply. Anirudh stood and said " Bondita, shaant ho jao. Maa ko Thakumaa ke paas jaana pada, unki tabyat theek nahi thi. Unhe jaanne ka bilkul bhi man nahi tha, lekin Maine kaha hum sab hai Bondita ke saath toh unhe chinta karne ki zaroorat nahi hai." Bondita blinked her eyes and quietly sat down on the chair, without saying anything.

" Bahu, yeh Aloo ki sabzi lo na. Tumhara manpasndeeta banaya hai." Trilochan said while Bondita nodded in no, making everyone sad again.

Batuk who thought of some mischief that would bring a smile on her face, he stood up taking everyone's attention.

" Kya hua mote? Aise kyun uth gya?" Som asked, his mouth full. "Mera khaana ho gya isliye." Batuk said while everyone looked at his plate, including Bondita. The plate was full, a single bite of chapati eaten.

Som who was sitting between Anirudh and Naina, whispered "Yeh bakasur ko kya hua?" Anirudh looked at Som, confused because he didn't know who was bakasur while Naina said "Haina? Mujhe lag raha hai, kuch toh gadbad hai."

Batuk took his plate and the glass of water. He walked behind Bondita, and suddenly threw the glass of water on her. Everyone stood up shocked.

" Batuk, yeh kya kiya tumne." Binoy asked angrily. " Itne din se Bondita ko pareshaan nahi kiya, socha kar loon." Before Binoy and others could scold him, they heard the shrill voice. " Batuk ke bache.. "

Batuk ran while Bondita ran behind him. She had held the butter knife, and was running behind him. They ran over the whole house. Thr family members, looked at eachother and then at them. It felt as if cat is super hungry and running behind a rat, who had snatched her food and run away.

They reached the living room soon, and Batuk stopped. Bondita stopped behind him and raised her hand which held the knife. Both looked at eachother, and laughed aloud. Bondita kept away the knife, and laughed holding her stomach while everyone looked at her with moist eyes. She felt every one's gaze on her, and she taking a break between her laughing session and said "Kya hua? Sab aise kyun dekh rhe ho mujhe."
And continued to laugh.

Anika ran and hugged her by her waist while Bondita patted her head and leaned and kissed her forehead. She bent down and asked, holding her face in her hands, " Kya hua?"

" Itne din baad aap khul ke hase naa. Mujhe meri pehli waali Bondita Maa mil gyi" Anika said between her sobs, and hugged her again. Bondita's eyes turned moist and caressed her back.

How could she be so ruthless? How could she trouble the family who gave her so much love and respect ? She was feeling ashamed of her self, when she felt a hand on her head. She looked up and saw Trilochan kaka, standing with moist eyes. She stood up and looked down. She joined her hands and said " Maaf kariye Kaka sasoor ji. Mere wajah se itni takleef hui aap sabko."

Trilochan frowned and slightly slapped her cheek, to which she looked up. He smiled and said " Bahu se zyada beti ban gyi ho humari. Aur beti kya kabhi, apne baba ko pareshaan karti hai kya? Pagol mein." He patted her cheek and said " Aise hi haste rehna, Bahu. Man bohot udaas ho jata hai jab tum gumsoom rehti ho."

Bondita nodded and bent down to take his blessings to which he smiled and patted her head affectionately.

Som came and hugged her and patted her head, while Bondita closed her eyes, feeling brother's love, after a long time. " Theek ho na tum?" Som asked breaking the hug while Bondita wobbled her head. She looked at Naina, whose face had turned red. She widened her arms and Naina jumped and hugged her tightly.

" Didi, meine aapko bohot miss kiya." Naina said and cried while Bondita caressed her hairs and calmed her. She looked behind and saw Batuk. Batuk came and side hugged, and cried while Kaka said, " Ladke rote nahi hai."

" Kyun ladke insaan nahi hai? Unki bhavanyen nahi hai?" Bondita asked raising an eyebrow while Kaka said with a wide smile "Humne apni tark kutark karne Wali Bahu ko bohot yaad kiya." Everyone laughed when the heard him.

She saw Anirudh, who with a smile was about to walk away. She excused herself from the family and stopped him.

" Aap se kuch kehna tha." Bondita said with fidgeting, fingers while Anirudh asked "Haan, bolo."

Before Bondita could say anything, Anika jumped and said "Maa, baba yahan aao na." Both of them, bent down to her height and looked at her questioningly. "Batuk Kaka, apna woh kamra laayiye na."

" Hain? Kamra kaise laun mein." Batuk asked confused. Every one was confused, when Anika said " Arre buddhu Kaka. Jisse khach khach karke tasveer khichte hai na, woh kamra."

" Ohh, you mean Camera. Ruko abhi laaya." Batuk said with a smile and ran to get the camera. As he did, Anika asked him to take the pictures of the actions, she made.

As she kissed, Bondita's cheek , Batuk took the picture while she kissed Anirudh's cheek, he again took the picture. Anika tapped both of her cheek, while Anirudh and Bondita smiled ear to ear and kissed her both the cheeks and Batuk took, another picture of the little, family which was slowly growing just like how a small plant grows.

Anika hung her small arms around Anirudh and Bondita. Bondita leaned and touched her cheek, with her while Anirudh kissed Anika's forehead. And the picture was captured in camera, as well as their heart, for forever.

The family were watching all this with smile. Anika, suddenly ran and held Kaka's hand, trying to drag him to take the photo. This sudden movement, startled Bondita and she fell on Anirudh's arms, whose hand gently got wrapped around her shoulder. Batuk who saw this, clicked the picture secretly and looked away. Bondita moved away and stood up, while Anirudh wjo was least affected, gave a smile and went to his daughter, who was pouting and whining.

Bondita looked at, Anirudh with a smile and blush while Anirudh was lost in playing with his daughter.
