Bondita was looking at Anirudh with a blush and a smile,  while he busy playing with his daughter. She admired how he smiled, how his cheeks and eyes use to shrink when, he used to laugh. Seeing him smiling and laughing, Bondita felt contented. She was lost in her thoughts when she felt someone tapping her shoulder.

Looking behind she saw Batuk, who was giving her a teasing smile, and raising his eyebrows continuously. She looked at him perplexed and weirdly. Batuk wrapped his arm around Bondita and said " Meri boudi cum dost. Maana mere Dada handsome hai, par iska yeh Matlab thodi na hai ki tum jab chahe unhe niharo. Maa kehti thi, kabhi kabhi apnon ki nazar lag jaati hai." Bondita gave a fake smiled hearing Batuk and hit him on his stomach with her elbow while the later winced in pain.

" Are you mad?" Batuk whispered yelled while Bondita said " Mera toh pata nahi, par tum zaroor pagal ho gye ho Batuk. Kya bakwaas baatein kiya jaa rhe ho?"

" Chalo maan lete hai, mein bakwaas kar raha hoon. Par tasveer toh nahi karegi na." Batuk said while Bondita again looked at him confused. Batuk showed her the camera ans smirked while Bondita eyes widened.

" Yeh gaana sunna hai kya?" Batuk asked whispering in her ears. "Aakhon ki gusthakiyaan maaf ho!" Bondita hearing him tucked her sarees end near her waist and taking a near by pillow she hit him while he dodged it and ran away showing her tounge while she ran behind him shouting his name.
Every one looked at them perplexed and laughed. They left for their respective work.

After a while, Anika shouted and called everyone. Everyone panicked and ran towards her asking if she was okay.

" Arre arre mein theek hoon. Mujhe kuch nahi hua. Mujhe kuch kehna tha." Anika said while everyone looked at eachother and then at the little mouse.

" Kal shanivaar aur Parso ravivaar hai. Matlab mere school ki do din ki chutti. Kyun na hum, kahin Bahar jaye?" Anika asked with raising eyebrows. Trilochan kaka, looked at her narrowing her eyes while Anika indicated at Bondita.

" Haan haan, kyun nahi?" Trilochan kaka said with a toothy smile, and swaying his stick.

" Par Da.." Binoy tried to say when Trilochan interrupted him and said " Humne kaha na Binoy, Sab jayenge Matlab Sab jayenge." Trilochan said showing his eyes to binoy who nodded and looked at his watch.

" Par mein nahi ja paunga. Mera court mein kaam hai." Anirudh said. He didn't like to socialize much. He was about to go away when Anika came and said "Please baba."

" Maana kiya na meine Anu." Anika frowned and pulled Anirudh down. " Aree baba. Mujhe konsa jaane ka man hai. Mein toh Maa ke liye keh rhi hoon. Unka man bahar lag jayega na."

" Haan, toh tum, tumhari Maa aur parivaar waale jao na Anu. Mein nahi aaunga, Mera man nahi hai." Anirudh said pulling her cheeks.

" Aap nahi aayenge, toh mein bhi nahi jaungi aur naahi kisi aur ko jaane dungi." Anika said while Anirudh looked at her shocked.

" Anu.." Anirudh tried to convince her but she adamant on her point. " Fine. Aa jaunga tumhare saath." He walked away to his study.

Soon he heard the anklets and turned to see Bondita standing on the threshold. Asking her to come in, he engrossed himself in the book.

" Woh.." Bondita stuttered to speak. Anirudh looked at her, surprised to see her stuttering. He kept the book aside and walked near her.
" Koi pareshaani hai kya Bondita?" He asked while Bondita looked at him and said " Nahi pareshaani toh nahi hai, par ek cheez kehni thi."

" Haan bolo na. Tum kabse bolne se hichkichane lagi?" Anirudh said with a smile.

" Thank You." Bondita said with a smile.
"Thank you, aapne aaj tak mere liye jo kuch bhi kiya. Pehle, sati hone se meri jaan bachai. Kothe se jaan bachai. Uss haivan ko saza deni ke liye himmat baane ke liye thank you. Aap nahi hote, toh pata nahi aaj mein kahan hoti? Isliye, thank you so much."

" Thank you kyun Bondita? Meine sirf raasta dikhaya. Manzil tumne khud Tay ki. Barrister hone ke naate, tumahra yeh haq aur farz hai ki, tum gunehgaar ko saza dogi jo ki tumne kiya. Aur rahi baat Kothe ki toh wahan uss jagah tum mere wajah se pahunchi." Anirudh said, remincing the day, when because of him, she had reached there.

" Beeti baaton ko yaad kyun karna?" Bondita said while Anirudh said " Exactly. Jo hua usse bhoolna mushkil hai, par yaad rakhen aisa toh zaroori nahi hai na. Okay dost, ji?"

" Hmm. Dost ji thoda weird sound nahi kar raha?" Bondita said thinking while Anirudh said " Ab aap weird hai, toh shabd bhi weird honge." Bondita frowned and glared him, while he gave a sly smile.

" Sakha Babu." Bondita said gleefully while Anirudh looked at her weirdly. " Maana meine tumhe weird kaha, par iska yeh Matlab nahi ki tum sachme weird ki tarah behave karogi."

Bondita frowned and looked for something. She saw a book and picking it up, she came towards him while Anirudh's eyes widened and he ran across the room, with Bondita behind him. Both laughed and giggled, ran behind eachother. They threw cushions at eachother, hid behind the sofa and played when Bondita shrieked in pain as her ankle twisted. She fell down and held her foot. Anirudh ran to her and held her foot.

" Aah." Bondita shouted when Anirudh touched the area of the wound. Bondita with help of Anirudh, tried to stand but couldn't. He made her sit on the sofa, while he sat on the ground.

" Arre mein theek hoon." Bondita said while Anirudh didn't hear her and with a jerk, twisted more.

" Aah.. ek kaam karo, parr tod do mere" Bondita said sarcastically while Anirudh said " Wahi plan hai mera." Bondita's eyes widened and she said
" Kyaa.?" Bondita shouted loudly but soon amusingly looked at her foot. She smiled widely while Anirudh raised his collars with a smirk.

" Thank you. Jaise Krishna ne Arjun ka maarg Darshan kiya, waise hi aapne humesha Mera bhi maarg Darshan kiya. Mera saath diya. Meri madat ki. Thank you, Sakha Babu." Bondita said with a genuine smile.

Anirudh smiled and said " Welcome Sakhi Devi ji." Bondita laughed while Anirudh looked at the ground and smiled.

" Aap humesha Mera saath denge na?" Bondita asked while Anirudh nodded and said " Dost hoon, toh dunga hi."

" Pinky promise?" Bondita raised her pinky finger and asked while Anirudh intertwined his pinky finger with hers, and said " Pinky promise, Sakhi devi ji."
