Being crammed into the smallest car Steve could possibly find was not whatLydia had in mind when they all left. There was another car, a bit bigger to fit everyone but no Steve took the blue car. Bucky took up the back seat, Lydia slightly smushed on Sam's lap as he insisted she didn't sit in the back (or as she suggested, on top of the roof), and Steve had left the driver side to meet Sharon.
"Not sure you understand the concept of a getawaycar" Sharon said
"It's low profile" Steve defended
"Good. Because this stuff tends to draw a crowd" Sharon said opening her car trunk.
Inside the car, all was quiet when suddenly Bucky spoke,
"Can you move your seat up?" Bucky said to Sam and well Lydia
Lydia went to respond but Sam quickly placed a hand over her mouth not looking back and saying "No"
Lydia rolled her eyes, licking Sam's hand to make him remove it, as that happened, Bucky shuffled to the other part of the seat.
"They're going to come looking for you" Steve told Sharon
"I know" she said
"Thank you Sharon" he said, looking at her, before pulling her in for a kiss.
Sam and Bucky both had slight smirks on their faces, Lydia paying attention to the wall outside the window. -----------------------------------------------------
When Steve parked the car next to a van, Lydia jumped off Sam's lap and out of the car, eager to stretch.
"Cap" Clint greeted, "Lydia"
"You know I wouldn't have called if I had any other choice" Steve insisted
"Hey man, you're doing me a favor. Besides, I owe a debt" Clint said, looking at Wanda
"Thanks for having my back" Steve said to her
"It was time to get off my ass" Wanda shrugged
"How about our other recruit?" Steve asked
Lydia smiled at Wanda, Wanda immediately returning the smile with a wave.
Clint opened the van door, revealing Scott Lang who was half awake. He looked at Steve, "Captain America"
"Mr. Lang" Steve said, shaking his hand
"It's an honor" Scott whispered, "I'm shaking your hand too long. Wow! This is awesome!"
Scott turned around looking at Wanda, "Captain America. I know you too you're great!"
"Hey man!" Scott said to Sam
"What's up Tic-Tac?" Sam replied
"Oh hey Lydia!" Scott waved
"Hey Scott" Lydia smiled
"Uh, good to see you. Look what happened last time" Scott started, turning to Sam
"It was a great audition but it'll never happen again" Sam said quickly
"They tell you what we're up against?" Steve questioned
"Something about some psycho assassins?"
"We're outside the law on this one, so if you come with us you're a wanted man" Steve informed
"Yeah, well, what else is new?" Scott said
"We should get moving" Bucky voiced, "they're evacuating the airport"
"Stark" Steve said, "Suit up" -------------------------------------------------------
