I could hear yelling and someone being ordered around. I willed my body to move. Even if was only a finger.
"Loki, Look," Lady Sif said. I felt a hand on my face and another on my hip.
"Amelia? Can you hear me? Please open your eyes" Loki begged "I need to see those emerald eyes of yours" I heard Loki gasp as my eyes fluttered open.
"Hey, You" I smiled. Even though my vision was still fuzzy, I could see a worried Loki at his side; hands on my sides.
"Hey, You" Loki grinned as he helped me sit up "Easy, Amelia" Loki's voice soothed me "Take it easy"
"Okay tell me the truth, How bad did I mess up?" I quiz. Not wanting to catch anyone's gaze.
"Hogun has only just woke up" Lady Sif waved her hand to a makeshift bed. And when I say bed, I mean Lord Hogun's head was placed on a smooth rock.
"What hit me?" I put a hand on my head.
"Sif. With a large branch" Lord Volstagg pointed a blank face Lady Sif. She had her arm half up. Other half leaning on her knee.
"Well, it would explain why my head is swarming like a beehive" All I could see was colour. Blurry colours at that. I squinted "Where are my glasses?" I looked around. Ignoring the pain in my head.
"Here" Lord Fandral spoke as he handed me the black frame "So we going to talk about what happened?"
"Fandral, Now is not the time" Lady Sif warned. I declined on talking about the matter and stood up. I felt a little wobbly and tried to confidently walk away.
"Amelia! No, we need to talk about this!" Loki was soon cut off when I nearly toppled to the ground for a second time. Rushing to my side for a second time. I silently cursed myself for stumbling over nothing "I'm here. Tell me what's wrong"
"I'm sorry" I mumbled.
"Amelia, no, you have nothing to be sorry for" Loki pulled me into his arms. His right hand gently stroked my hair. Pulling the odd leaf out of it.
"I'm sorry" I mumbled against his leather jacket.
"Tell me what's happened"
"I think people have been lying to me" my tears now pricking my eyes.
"Talk me through it" Loki lead me to a fallen log. I broke and told him everything.

No one said anything. How could they? Loki just held me. Lord Fandral looked at the floor. As did Lord Hogun and Lord Volstagg. Lady Sif was looking at me. I couldn't tell if she wanted to kill me or hug me. Or both.
"So that's why Thor said he would ask The Avengers if they could help you" Lord Volstagg sighed "He knew you were from Midgard"
"I don't know. All I know is that these dreams could be just dreams or they could be memories but since Thor mentioned The Avengers, I have the overwhelming desire to kill them" I hugged my sides "It feels like there is a trigger in my head and I am just waiting for the target"
"So, Since you want to kill The Avengers, Does that mean you want to kill Thor?" Lady Sif sat on a rock.
"Only when he doesn't keep his room clean" I joked. The others laughed but it wasn't a belly laugh "So, What happens now?"
"We go back and enjoy the festival" Loki leaned his chin on my shoulder.
"Is that wise?" Lord Hogun quizzed "It's obvious her powers are caused by stress"
"Well I didn't help" Lord Fandral butted in "I did push her"
"Will you stop talking like I am not here?" I raised my voice. Everyone stopped talking "I think Loki is right. We should go back. I still have my work to do and Lord Odin will be wondering where you four are"
"Are you sure? These four could go back and you could hide here for a little longer" Loki fussed.
"Darling, It will be fine. Besides after this meltdown, I highly doubt you will be far behind me" I smiled as I placed my hand on his knee.
"Okay, Enough with the personal display of affection. My stomach can't take it" Lord Volstagg pretended to be sick.
"For once I agree with this oaf" Lord Hogun pointed his thumb at Lord Holstagg. Lord Holstagg put his middle finger up at his friend.
"Lord Hogun, Sorry for hitting you" I apologised.
"Thor packs a better punch" Lord Hogun out his hand on my shoulder "Just try not to burn anyone or anything else today"
"I can't promise that but I will try" I smiled. Then my face drops as I remember burning Lady Frigga's hand.
"Right, Boys. let's leave these two for a moment and we go back to the festival" Lady Sif stood up and grabbed The Warriors three "Don't take too long for two" Lady Sif winked at us as she dragged the boys away.
