50- (Alt) Young again

Louis POV
It took absolutely everything in me not to bust out laughing. Literally I was sucking my lips in to keep myself from laughing at the way Harry was being spastic right now. "So that's why I changed my mind and we should definitely not let her date ever and let's get her and Audrey to stop fighting BEAU IS TOO YOUNG TO DATE ANYWAY DID I MENTION THAT" he finished. I stood up and walked over to him putting both hands on his face "calm down so I can say something Hazz" I said with a small chuckle. He took a deep breathe and nodded "right right I'm sorry.... go on" he said taking another inhale and looking me in my eyes. I smiled sweetly and patted his cheek. "You're cute" I said simply and he huffed laughing softly "Louis this is serious" "no so am I you're so cute, I thought I was supposed to be the spastic parent" I joked. Harry sighed and sat down in one of my chairs and pulled me in his lap "I'm just worried Lou. Audrey has been her best friend since they were 8 years old, now suddenly this boy Lucas is taking precedents over her bestfriend. It makes me nervous for her, and I know I said we shouldn't get involved but maybe I was wrong. I've seen it before, girls from a young age becoming boy crazy and then pushing away friends for boys, I know Beau is better than that but I can't help worry". Harry finished venting out more calmly what was causing him to bug out, I smiled kissing his forehead softly "Hazz you're a good dad. Now, Let's bust out the trench coats" I said with an evil laugh.

"Louis seriously, I don't think this is going to work" Harry said as we stood in the mirror together. I slid my sunglasses on "why wouldn't they we look totally different" I said and crossed my arms happily. "Boobear.. I would literally crawl across the earth for you. On my hands and knees. But I have to tell you that I don't think literally wearing just a trench coat and a hat will be good disguises". I sighed "but these are so much more fun" I complained jokingly. We ended up changing outfits, I had on grey sweats, one of Harry's long sleeves and a SnapBack with sunglasses, and a big zip up jacket. Harry put on a beanie to hide his curls and sunglasses with baggy pants and a big hoodie. "Alright, now we have disguises... what's the plan" Harry said looking at me. I hummed "forgot about that part... Oh! I know, while Beau is at Nialls tomorrow, we can wait outside the school and when we see Lucas we can follow him, we can try and see what kind of kid he is. If he seems like a normal boy then we're over reacting right?" I said trying to create a plan. Harry smiled and nodded "hm, yeah that sounds like a plan, I'll pack us lunch boxes tonight so we have snacks" he said making me smile. "Wait, is it illegal for two adults to follow a teenage boy to make sure he isn't some bad crazy kid for our daughters sake?" I asked, Harry hummed "Uh I don't know, hungry?" "I could eat" I said dropping the question.

"Okay you guys seriously! I'm gonna be late for school, Don't forget I'm being picked up by Niall" Beau said as she slid her shoes on. Harry and I smiled "yes yes we know! Be safe and have fun!" I said and Harry called out that he loved her too. As soon as the door closed I looked at my husband, "we have six hours until they're out of school, what should we do" I said as I started cleaning up after breakfast. Harry smiled "I have something in mind, why don't we go to the amusement park". I furrowed my brow "what? Harry that's so random" I said with a chuckle. He shrugged "yeah but why not, you don't have work today. I'm off for a couple days, let's have some fun before we go full incognito". He pulled me in his arms as I finished putting dishes in the sink. I relaxed into his arms "okay I'm down" I said excitedly. After Harry helped me clean up we went upstairs and showered together quickly before changing and calling his car. "This can be our alibi" Harry joked as we sat in his personal cars back seat. I laughed loudly, I can't remember the last time Harry and I were like this. Don't get me wrong he's always romantic and sweet but he's not really as spontaneous anymore. So this was fun to say the least. After his car came we climbed in the back and cuddled the whole drive there. I hadn't been to the amusement park since Harry and I took Beau when she was 13. Once we arrived, there were a decent amount of people but not as full as it was the last time I came many years ago. The driver dropped us off and Harry slid his beanie and sunglasses on and I put my sunglasses on with a baseball cap. Harry smiled reaching for my hand and pulling me excitedly to the line. I was mentally thanking the world for letting the lines not be too long, maybe only ten people in front of us. As soon as we got inside Harry clapped his hands after checking his phone "alright we have roughly five hours until Beau is out of school, where should we start". "I think I have a couple things in mind" I said pulling him along quickly.
