chapter 32 - forgot

Beau's P.O.V

-4 months later

"come on we have to" Audrey said laughing and I chuckled "I am not going to dress up as a box of cereal" she giggled. Halloween is coming up... well sort of. It's the next holiday anyway and she and I are going to my schools Halloween dance, I'm taking her with me. I've been staying with Audrey and Niall back and forth since my dad is spending a week with Harry on tour. I was sad I couldn't go but at the same time I just saw harry a few weeks ago and I know my daddy misses him probably way more than me. "Oh I have the perfect idea for what we can be!" Audrey said slapping the magazine in front of me and I squealed making her laugh. I saw the picture and busted out laughing "Audrey I'm not dressing as ketchup!" "I CAN BE THE MUSTARD!" she said and I giggled. "I have an idea..." I said smiling like an idiot.

We stood in front of the mirror and I laughed "best idea I have ever had" I said proudly and Audrey laughed "but your dad isn't even blonde" I shrugged "so" she chuckled and said in a deep voice "Beau you can't have candy for dinner" I laughed. "so were going to be your dads for Halloween" she said sliding off her vans and I smiled "well... Harry isn't my dad but yeah" she sat by me "oh sorry... he just seems like it already" I smiled softly "he does?". She chuckled "are you mad, if I wasn't your best friend I would have assumed he was has been there since you were born" I smiled excitedly "maybe he and my dad will get married soon, you and I can be flower girls" "aren't there usually only one?" she asked and I shrugged taking off my boots "well yeah but we don't have to do like everyone else" she smiled"yeah you're right".

Louis P.O.V

I smiled and nodded my head to the music. I was in the balcony of Harry's show and he truly was amazing. Seriously he has so much energy and he is so cute with his dancing, plus he really likes throwing water. I clapped when he finished singing 'Ever since New York' "this song... isn't on my album" he said and everyone screamed and he laughed and said "I wrote this a few months after the release of my album and it's too late to be on the album but... this is coming out as a single soon... and the inspiration for this song is... well just listen" he started strumming and everyone screamed and I smiled watching him before he closed his eyes and started to sing. "Same lips red.... same eyes blue... same white shirt, couple more tattoos. but it's not you and it's not me" I bit my lip and a fan screamed "LOUIS" And Harry smiled and chuckled softly into the mic and fans screamed at his reaction making me chuckle. I stood up and leaned on the railing looking at him as he sang and I smiled softly listening to the words. He really was beautiful. I won't lie since he has been on tour I have only seen him once every now and then but he is so sweet.. he makes sure that anytime I'm here or Beau is that we do something fun and memorable to enjoy our time together. He even surprised Beau and came home to take her and Audrey to this fun toy store. Harry and I have our 1 year coming up in a few weeks and I'll admit this year has gone by really fast. Yeah we have had a couple small fights here and there and a few since he's been on tour but we always end up making up pretty much right after. He looked up at me as he finished singing and I smiled and clapped as everyone screamed. "If you couldn't tell... that was for my loving boyfriend Louis" Harry said and a few people "awed" and others screamed and I blew him a kiss. Fans around me freaked out and I blushed and laughed.

I smiled as a sweaty Harry walked up to me. I was in his dressing room since he just finished his concert "hi" he said smiling and I smiled back "well hi yourself..." he chuckled and held my hand "so you know what's coming up?" I smiled and bit my lip "maybe.. remind me?" He chuckled "don't tell me you forgot... it's gonna be Halloween soon!" My smile dropped a little "well... yes but is that all?" He chuckled "what do you mean?" I put a small fake smile on "nothing.. I uh know Beau is excited for trick or treating.. she said she wanted to pick her costume with Audrey.. I mean they still have almost two months but her school does a bunch of Halloween stuff during all of October". Harry smiled as he sat down "Audrey and her are adorable" I smiled softly and nodded "yeah they are" he forgot our one year is in two weeks... August 28.
"So tonight I thought we could go get dinner with the band then spend some quality time in my hotel room?" I nodded snapping out of my thought "yeah that sounds nice" he just tilted his head and smiled softly standing up. He wrapped his arms around me and hummed "I love you Louis." I couldn't help but smile "I love you too" maybe he will remember in the next few days... I know he has a lot with your and press so it maybe slipped his mind. I let out a small quiet breathe to myself, no need to over react.

-1 week later-
"I'M SO NOT OVER REACTING" I yelled and Niall laughed as I huffed and fell back on his couch. "Mate come on your anniversary isn't for what? Another week?" I groaned "Niall he clearly forgot.. I kept trying to hint at it but he was totally oblivious to it!" I paused and groaned again "I guess it doesn't matter... he will be busy with his tour anyway" I huffed probably for the 100th time and pouted. "Louis guys can be forgetful sometimes" Liv said chuckling "it took Niall 3 months to remember what my full name was" "okay in my defense your middle name is very odd and hard to say" hesaid I furrowed my brow and looked at Niall then Liv "....I thought your middle name was Beth?" She rolled her eyes "it is" I snorted and Niall shrugged. "Anyways... if he doesn't remember just tell him" I sighed "no I guess it's not a big deal anyway I mean... who celebrates anniversary's" "a lot of people" Liv said and I glared at her, she chuckled. "Well how's your charity coming?" Niall asked and I sighed "good actually... little stressful of course since it has to be done before Halloween but my team and I are almost done" I said proudly. "What's the charity again?" I smiled "it's raising money for the LGBTQ hotline... it was my anniversary surprise for Harry... he really wanted this so I got in touch with them and we started planning. I mean it was a lot of extra work but the Halloween party is going to be great" I said and Liv smiled "is this for kids and adults?" I nodded as I looked at her "yeah there's a whole upstairs for the kids party and downstairs is grownups.. but Beau has her school dance that night and she's taking Audrey". I really am happy Beau and Audrey became friends. She has helped Beau come out of her shell more. Well in the aspect of being more goofy. Beau has always had a good humor but she never got too silly but now she's not afraid to be which makes me happy, cuz I'm silly as fuck and I knew she had that trait of mine.

"Daddy I decided you can't see my costume until Halloween" Beau said as I closed the book. I set it on her nightstand "and why is that" I asked chuckling and she smiled "it's a surprise that's why" I hummed "fine.. now go to bed you have school tomorrow". I kissed her head and she snuggled into her blanket "I love you daddy" she said tiredly and I smiled shutting her lamp off "I love you too darling goodnight". I quietly shut her bedroom door and sighed going to my room an. Getting myself ready for bed. I sat with. My laptop and reviewed the flyers that my team made for the Halloween event. I hummed and typed up notes for the info they needed to add or take off. The little bubble in the corner for Skype popped up and I clicked on it seeing it was Harry ringing me. I clicked answer and smiled "Harry" "hi baby" he was sitting in a hotel bed. "I'm just about to go to rehearsal but I wanted to call to tell you goodnight" I smiled tiredly "you're so sweet... I love you" he smiled "I love you too" he hung up and I sighed. He actually forgot.
