chapter 35 - stay awake

Harry's P.O.V

I smiled walking by Bebe and she smiled giving me a small wave. I walked into Louis office and smiled seeing him behind his desk on the phone "yes the security are going to be given the list of rules and they are to be enforced we need this party to stay safe and well watched, the security downstairs will be briefed on different rules-" his little buzzer went off and I heard Bebe's voice "Mr. Tomlinson"  "one moment"  Louis said into he phone and pressed the buzzer  "yes Bebe"  "you're due to meet with the decor coordinator to look over the orders" "okay thank you tell them I will be right now" "yes sir". He got back on his phone and I walked over and he held up a finger at me telling me to hold on "yes I will send them the list thank you" he said hanging up. Louis sighed and smiled softly at me "Hi babe I'm sorry about that" I smiled "it's okay, so did you get to call the wedding planner" he sighed as he grabbed a folder "no I'm sorry I've been so busy I haven't had the time to call them". I sighed softly "It's okay I can call them" he sighed "Harry can we juts worry about wedding stuff after I'm not being bomb barded?" he asked as he slid a few papers into his folder. I furrowed my brow "It shouldn't really be a worry... I thought this was something we get to do" he stopped and put a hand on his forehead "Harry please you know that isn't what I meant... and I'm begging you not to pick a fight with me I'm already drowning". I could see how stressed out he was and I sighed and walked around his desk.

 "hey you're right I'm sorry okay... look at me" I put my hands on his shoulders "It will be okay... the event is going to be perfect... and I'm so happy you're doing this charity for me and for people in general". He smiled softly and I leaned in to kiss him and his phone went off and he sighed pulling away "I'm sorry" he said and answered the phone. I sighed and sat in the chair in front of his desk "No put Jamie on the phone please... thank you... Jamie we can't change the menu the menu I picked the specific foods I did and they have been ordered. please stick to the job I give you. we have enough to plan without you making a fuss about something that is done and been done well understood? good. no I would appreciate if you would all continue the work with getting one last sponsor" he huffed and hung up the phone and put his face in his hand "you need another sponsor?" I asked, he sighed and sat down. "yeah one of our sponsors had to pull out because they have too many payments and can't afford it anymore.. which I understand just makes things like this more stressful" I smiled "let me sponsor then... after all you did this for me and I pitched it". He shook his head "I can't make you-" "you're not making anyone do anything. I offered and I want too okay?" he smiled softly "I love you Harry" I smiled and reached across his desk taking his hand "I love you too".

After finally tearing Louis away from his desk I got him to sit down with me and eat. We haven't spent a lot of time together because I'm still on tour and he has so much work but I have the next 2 days off before we leave for my next show and I want to spend time with my fiance'. I won't lie I am worried. He is almost drowning in work and I can see it, he has all this work and some how still manages to get home and make sure he is there for Beau every night and there in the morning. His phone started ringing and he sighed and set his food down "No Louis just let it ring you need to eat" he had barley gotten through half of his sandwich. "It's fine I can't afford to not answer the phone right now. I'll be quick I promise" he said rushing to his desk and I sighed softly. "Hello, mm hm... okay well tell them I will be down in 20 minutes so to have it ready. okay bye" he set the phone down and walked over to me "sorry I have to go downstairs and see the decorations. half of them came in already so I have to make sure they're all right and then I need to go over the plans for the hall and I need to get the paper work about you sponsoring and I also-" "Louis" I said cutting him off and he stopped taking a breathe. I took his hand and pulled him so he was sitting on my lap "you need to breathe... you're going to stress yourself out and that isn't healthy... just sit and eat with me until you need to go downstairs" he sighed softly taking a deep breathe and nodded "okay". He sat next to me and finished eating his food, he picked up the trash and tossed it "Okay well I will see you later?" he asked smiling and I nodded kissing him. "I love you" I said as he was leaving, he smiled quickly "love you!" he hurried out and I grabbed my stuff.

I looked out the window as I was being taken to Louis. I was staying to next two nights with him so I could spend time with him and Beau. I wish Louis didn't have so much on his plate. I dialed the number of the wedding assistant "hello Jane's wedding allure" I smiled softly "Hi this is Harry styles, I'm calling to make an appointment" "okay one moment.." the girl said. After a few seconds she said "there is an opening for you to meet with her next Saturday at 2 until 3:30" I nodded to myself "perfect we will be there" "okay she will see you then" the girl said and I thanked her and she hung up. I smiled, I can just tell Louis tonight when he gets home about the appointment. 

Louis P.O.V

I tiredly got out of my car an made my way inside. It was already 9 and I had been at the office since 10 this morning. I heard the t.v on and went in the living room and smiled seeing Beau and Harry watching 'the sound of music' together. Beau was laying by Harry asleep and he was playing with her hair. I smiled walking in all the way "hey you" he smiled looking at me "hey.. how was work?" I sighed tiredly "busy.. here I can get her" he shook his head an carefully got up "It's okay babe I can take her to bed.. go get ready for bed then you and I can spend some time together yes?" I nodded "thank you". He carefully picked her up bridal styles and made his way upstairs. I went to my room and showered quickly and brushed my teeth. I slid some joggers on deciding to stay shirtless and I climbed in bed. "she's still asleep" Harry said as he shut the door behind him. I smiled "thank you for watching her" he shook his head "hey... she's my soon to be daughter too... I get to do this now" I smiled fondly as he climbed in bed next to me. "I called the wedding planner, we have an appointment next Saturday at 2, it's at her office" I nodded, man I'm so tired I can hardly stay awake. "okay" I said not really taking in what he was saying. "do you want to watch a movie?" he asked turning on the t.v and I smiled softly "sure sounds nice". We finally settled on Suicide squad since it was playing and I cuddled into Harry. It was barley five minutes into the movie before I felt myself fall asleep.

beep. beep. beep. beep. beep. I groaned softly and sat up grabbing my phone and clicking off my alarm. I rubbed my face. It was Sunday morning and sadly I had to put in a couple hours of work today". thankfully Zayn would be back on Tuesday so he could take half the load from me but as of now I have to go to a meeting then I can come home. I looked at Harry who was still asleep next to me. I leaned over kissing his cheek softly and got up and changed for work. I brushed my hair and teeth before making my way to Beau's room. I peeked in and saw she was still snoring softly. It was 7 in the morning and she usually will wake herself up at 9. I kissed her head gently and made my way downstairs. I ate a small bowl of cereal and went out to my car. I had to take a second to try and make my eyes wake up more. It felt like they weren't focusing. I took a deep breathe and started my car.

I was at a red light and yawned making my eyes water a little bit. The car behind me honked and I realized the light was green. I hit the gas and started driving again, focus Louis stay awake. I just have been so busy the last month I think it's finally catching up with me. I blinked a couple times hearing a continuous honking and suddenly I felt a slam and I gasped and hit my head, I tried to sit up but it got dark and I fell asleep.
