(This takes place at the time of Captain America: Civil War. It happens after Peter gets knocked out by Ant-Man, but instead of waking up to Tony, he wakes up to different faces.)
"Wake up." Peter's eyes flutter open as a hand taps him on the side of his face. "Hey. Get up."
He's met with four people staring at him, four of the people he had just been fighting. He quickly tries to attack them but realises that he can't move his hands or feet. The kid struggles and thrashes in the cuffs that keep his legs and arms pinned to the metal chair he's sitting on.
"Woah. No need to be scared. We won't hurt you unless you make us." Peter looks directly up at the hero he had admired since he was young, Captain America.
He takes a deep breath and composes himself before speaking confidently. "Let me go."
"We will," The girl speaks up, Peter didn't know her name but she had a thick Sokovian accent, "but we need you to tell us what you know."
"What I know about what?" Peter asks, only now seeing that he's still in his suit and his mask is on. He begins to take in his surroundings, and he's shocked to find that he's on an aircraft. "Where are you taking me?" His voice is quiet now, he's scared, he can feel his confidence leaving his body.
"Jesus, you were right, Buck. He's young." Steve says, looking over to his friend with the metal arm that Peter had fought against earlier.
"What age are you?" The falcon speaks up.
"Let me go." Peter repeats, shaking in his restraints.
"Look, kid. Listen to me, this can go one of two ways, either you answer the questions we ask or we force it out of you." Steve sighs, "I don't want to do that. And you don't want that. So answer our questions, what age are you?"
"I... I'm... No."
"Wanda." Captain America gestures to Peter and as she nears him, her eyes start to glow red.
Peter's eyes roll to the back of his head and he comes to seconds later, she did something to his mind.
"He's fourteen." The girl tells them, "If I keep going through his brain, it's going to be painful for him."
"Fourteen? Tony was desperate." Sam remarks.
"You're strong though," Steve starts, "You stopped Bucky's metal arm and caught the storage box I dropped on you. That's why we used the Vibranium cuffs."
"Mr. Stark will find me. And then you guys will be in deep shit." Peter huffs, he tests the strength of the handcuffs once more before deciding that it's impossible to break them.
"What's your name?" Steve ignores his remark and continues to question him. "You heard Wanda, if you keep making her read your mind... it will hurt you."
"My name is Spider-Man."
"You're cute, kid. What's your real name?" Sam asks him.
And he's intimidated, he's sat looking up at four avengers standing above him.
"My name is... is Peter Parker." He whispers, he looks down with embarrassment.
"Okay, Peter Parker. We're gonna take off your mask, alright?" Steve asks him, he gets closer to him but the kid shoots a web at him from his web shooters. The hero is pinned against the wall with his arm stuck in the web.
"You're not taking off my mask!" Peter shouts, struggling again and shooting his webs at the other people around him. He manages to hit Wanda and Sam, but Bucky stands behind him, and because his arms are stuck to the chair, Peter can't turn and shoot at him.
The metal-armed man grabs his left arm's web shooter and pulls it from his suit, smashing it in his hand before doing the same to his right side.
Steve's already freed himself from the trap and is now taking the webbing off the other two of his friends.
"Stop making this difficult, or else you're really going to get hurt." Steve says, losing his patience, he rips the mask from the kid's head.
Peter looks rough, he has a black eye and a grazed cheek from when he hit the floor.
"Why are you doing this to me?" Peter asks, looking up at them with wide eyes.
"We just need you to tell us everything you know about Tony's team."
"I don't know anything about his team other than the fact that Tony is in it." Peter lies, he won't tell them anything.
Steve sighs and then gestures to Wanda.
She puts her hands on either side of the kid's head and begins to read his mind. It hurts a little bit this time and Peter tries to stop her but the attempt is useless.
"He met with the team yesterday." She begins, "He doesn't know anything important about Vision."
"Okay, try Rhodey." Steve suggests, trying his best to ignore the squirming captive beneath him.
"Stop it."
"Do it Wanda."
"Please don't." Peter looks down to his feet, he can't be the reason that Tony loses this fight.
"You could just tell us what you know and we can let you go tomorrow." Steve says calmly.
"Tomorrow? What? No... No... You can't keep me here like this! You're supposed to be heroes!" The kid yells angrily at them. "I won't tell you shit!"
"I'm sorry, I really am. Bucky..." Steve sighs and points to the bag behind Peter's chair. The kid doesn't get a second to think before a gag is shoved into his mouth and tied at the back.
His eyes roll back as Wanda begins to probe at his brain again, this time hurts even more. But he won't give them the satisfaction of crying out.
"He doesn't know anything about Rhodey and he won't know anything we don't about Natasha." Wanda explains, "All that's left is the new guy."
Peter shouts against the gag, mainly because he knows who they're referring to. The Black Panther. The kid had met him yesterday and they had talked about his father.
Steve nods at the woman and she takes another look inside his head, it feels like Peter's brain is on fire and he can't help but let out a muffled cry.
"Oh my God." Wanda says, she steps away from Peter, "It's the King of Wakanda."
"That's impossible." Sam says, "He died two days ago."
"No. Not T'Chaka. His son, T'Challa."
"He thinks I killed his father." Bucky says quietly, his hands on his head.
"What do we do? He won't stop until he gets Barnes." Sam says to the group, the four of them continue to discuss options while ignoring Peter completely.
And then Steve says something that grabs the kid's attention. "We call Tony."
"What would that do? Make him more pissed, we kidnapped his kid. He's gonna kill us if he gets the chance." Sam turns to face Peter again, "He obviously cares about him."
"We tell him that if he doesn't stand down, we'll... we'll kill him."
"We can't say that, he's a kid." Wanda protests.
"So what do you think we should do?" Sam asks her.
"We threaten him." Steve replies calmly.
