Yoongi was looking through some papers he managed to get from the accountant. His wife's company wasn't doing great at all. There was a mount of debt to pay, not to mention the employees who didn't get their monthly payment in over three months. He rubbed his forehead, trying to come up with a way to solve it.

He couldn't move money from one company to another. It would be fraud, last thing he wanted was an audit on his head. No, Yoongi didn't do illegal things, he would rather lose everything he had than get involved with illegal procedures. He will find a way.

Just like he did so many times. He could sell some shares, at the same time he didn't want his wife to lose her own parts. He didn't particularly cared if Melanie lost some, but Victoria would make his life a living hell.

He heard the doorbell ring. "Darling, can you please see who it is?" He asked Victoria, who was on the couch going through TV channels.

"Since you asked me so nicely, I will." She replied softly. It didn't happen often when he'd be so polite. She opened the door and rolled her eyes when her sight landed on Jin.

"Hello Victoria." He politely greeted her.

"You again. What do you want this time?" She asked tapping her foot on the floor.

"Aish, can't you treat me nicely like you did with Namjoon?" He raised his eyebrow, a smirk on his face.

Victoria scoffed. "Is your name Namjoon and I didn't know?" She asked dryly.

Jin laughed. "You are something else. Is Yoongi home?"

"Sure." She made some room for him to enter. "Min, it's you friend Namjoon wannabe." She laughed.

"What the hell?" Yoongi was taken aback by her statement. "Jin?" He asked as soon as his eyes laid on his friend.

"The one and only." Jin joked.

"What are you doing here?"

Jin noticed a subtle difference form the last time he paid them a visit. The atmosphere was not as dark, it was almost comfortable. Which in itself was weird.

"I came to invite you to a party. Jimin is going to throw one for me."

Yoongi laughed, but his laugh did not reach his eyes. "Is this a ploy to get me in the same room as the others?"

"No." Jin shrugged. "I'm having a baby and we're celebrating at one of Jimin's hotel. He's also is in charge of the travel arrangements. He's flying us there with his jet."

Yoongi stared at Jin. His words failed to register in his mind. He only heard the word baby. "You're having a baby?" His eyes began to water.

"Yes. I would love if you'd come to the party."

"Congratulations." Yoongi's voice was low, strangled with emotions he didn't want to feel. "How does this work? You weren't there on my day, but you want me to be there for yours? Isn't that hypocritical of you?"

"Yoongi, I miss you. We all miss you. The fact that I couldn't tell you, broke my heart. I really want you to be there for me. Together with the rest. This party is not just for me. It's for you too." He didn't actually confirmed it with Jimin, he knew his friends wouldn't have anything against it.

"I honestly don't know Jin." Yoongi's voice trailed off.

"He's gonna be there." Victoria's voice interrupted Yoongi's thoughts. She was leaning on a wall, her arms crosses on her chest.

"Thank you Victoria." Jin smiled towards her.

Victoria rolled her eyes. "Don't thank me just yet. He's not on the plane."

"What the fuck Victoria? Since when do you decide for me?" Yoongi glared at his wife.

Victoria waved her hand. "Listen Jin, we have a few things to discuss, I'd appreciate if you leave so we can talk it out."

"You really don't know how to be nice, do you?" Jin asked, tilting his head.

"Why? Because I don't have a cheery attitude and sparkling bedside manners?" Victoria pushed his buttons.

Yoongi shook his head. "Told you she's a bitch. In this case, she's right. We do have to talk. I'll think about it."

"Okay. I'll send you all the details." Jin replied back. "I really do hope you get to come. I want us together. Our friendship is more important than anything."

"Funny way of showing it." Yoongi muttered under his breath.

Victoria waited for Jin to leave to finally speak up. "You're an idiot."

"And you're a bitch, what's your point?" He sat back on his seat, and leaned his head on his hand.

"They are making an effort to reach out to you, and you're acting like a child who had his candies stolen."

"They betrayed me." His voice was still low. He didn't even have the energy to fight with her.

Victoria came closer to him and sat on the seat opposite of him. "You betrayed them back. Don't act like you're a saint in this story. It's more than obvious that you still care for them. Why not talk to them and set things straight?"

"Why are you taking their sides?" He raised his head and stared at her. "What is your gain in all of this?"

Victoria smiled. "I'm tired of your drunk ass. If talking to them makes you better, it's a win win situation for me. Besides..." She smirked. "You know me too well. I don't get involved unless its absolutely necessary."

"So I'm a charity case for you?"

"Fuck off Min." She rose to her feet. "We're going there, end of discussion. Or are you too scared to face them? Perhaps, are you feeling guilty?" She asked in a mocking tone. "Does all your wrong doings weights you down?"

Yoongi slammed his hand on the desk. "I don't feel guilty for shit. You and the others owe me a fuck load of things."

"I owe you shit." Victoria yelled. "I already gave you all, what more do you want? Last time I checked, I didn't betray your ass. I was nothing but a damn delight."

"Sure, sure." Yoongi tried to dismiss her.

"It's more than this isn't it?" Yoongi was weird the whole day. Even before Jin came by. So it was more than that. "What happened?"

Yoongi sighed and pushed the documents towards her. "Your company is not doing well. The salaries haven't been paid in months, there is a mount of debts, and the banks will not loan us any money."

Victoria became serious. She took the papers and read them. "I never knew the situation was so dire. Do you have a solution?"

"Not now." He rubbed the back of his neck. "I looked for any contract we might pull off, I don't seem to get new clients. No one is hiring at the moment a company that deals with restoration."

Victoria closed her eyes. She didn't expect the things to go this bad. There were some rumors, she didn't have the chance to look it up. Thank God she acted so soon. A fee months later, and her parents company would worth nothing, not even a dime. She will find a solution. Than she remembered. Jimin was going to restore a building. Of course, that was the answer to all their prayers.

"I know." Victoria almost yelled. She snatched the papers. "I'll be back in a few hours."

"Where are you going?" He asked as she was dressing up to go out.

"To get a contract." She suddenly stopped what she was doing and pointed her index finger towards him. "If i get this contract, you're going to the party, even if I drag you there myself."

"Fine." Yoongi sighed. "Get the contract and I'll go."

He doubted she could get something he couldn't. He looked into every possibility for a short term, just enough to pay his employees. Then he could sort out something with the banks. He just needed a contract, not matter how small it was.
