"Go get dressed. We're going out." Yoongi's voice echoed through the room. Victoria was on the balcony, dressed in a robe.
She was enjoying her morning, alone, listening to the sound of birds and the music of the ocean. She rolled her eyes and sighed. Last night was magnificent. They made love, it was pure bliss. He whispered sweet nothings in her ear as he was worshiping her body and soul. Victoria really thought he'll change, but that only proved to be a pointless gleam of hope. He was back to normal once again.
She didn't want to piss him off so early in the morning so she went to change in a pair of shorts and a white t-shirt. "Where are we going?"
Yoongi smirked. "You'll see." Victoria reluctantly agreed and followed him. The drive to whatever place Yoongi wanted them to be, was silent.
Yoongi woke up feeling restless. He knew shit was about to go down at the party, he both hated it and couldn't wait for all his questions to be answered. He wanted to give Victoria the benefit of doubt with what went on that night, but deep down, he knew the truth already. He was betrayed. Hard. Still, he wanted to hear the truth coming out from her mouth. The spot where he wanted him to take her, was a small piece of beach hidden between a cliff and big rocks, it gave them the privacy Yoongi desired. They got to the beach and Victoria sat on a rock, her gaze locked on the horizon, to the soft line between the ocean and the sky.
Yoongi's heart was beating fast in his chest. It was now or never. He sat behind her, hugging her, her back pressed against his chest. He snuggled his head in her hair and inhaled her perfume. He had to be strong. His mind was already torn between what he wanted and what he had to do. He couldn't even count on how many times he had to refrain himself to not give in the feelings that threatened to swallow his heart.
"It's peaceful here." Victoria said in a low strangled voice.
There was a feeling in the pit of her stomach that something will happen. Whenever they were close on making a breakthrough, something had to come up and push them back three steps. It was already too tiring to amend their so called marriage. She already lost so much strength.
"It is." Yoongi admitted. He took her hand and leaned his head on her shoulder. "Is there anything you'd like to tell me?" His voice was low, laced with a bit of ice. A shiver ran through her spine.
"Oh? Is there anything you'd like to know?" She took a deep breath trying hard not to shake.
"Are you keeping secrets from me?" His tone of voice hadn't changed, but it turned softer.
"Yes." She answered quickly. "Secrets that are mine. Nothing to do with you." She explained.
He smiled and caressed her hair. "Have you ever betrayed me, my darling wife?"
Victoria tried to turn to face her, but his grip on her tightened, making it impossible for her to move. "I've never betrayed you." She gulped. Surely, he couldn't know what she was hiding, unless he was told. But the guys promised her they would never share her secret to anyone.
"Mhhmm." He beamed in her ear. "If you ever betray me, or keep secrets from me that might cause me harm, I will kill you."
Victoria's heart started pounding in her chest, she tried to get away from him, she couldn't. His arms felt like prison. "You'll go to jail. You'll lose everything."
Yoongi smirked. "Bold of you to assume I'll get caught."
"Are you threatening me?" Her palms began to sweat. She was itching to get away from him, she was scared of him, like never before.
"I'm making you a promise my darling." He kissed the top of her head. "Since you say you never betrayed me, you have nothing to worry about, right?"
