Loki - Four Part 1??? - Angst

She was on her way back to her and her boyfriend's, Loki, apartment with her best friend Bucky. Bucky insisted on walking her home from the bar since it was late at night, not to mention that he was trying to avoid going home to his empty apartment. They were laughing about their time there when they got to her apartment and heard movement in the apartment and moaning. Y/N just dropped her keys and stared at her door. Bucky's super soldier hearing only made him angry, so much so he kicked her door in. Bucky pulled her into her apartment and her heart shattered more. Loki had a woman on the counter and he was deep inside her, kissing her neck.

"L-Loki?" She croaked out. Her tears were silently streaming down her face. She went out with Bucky because Loki had been distant and wouldn't touch her but here he was, fucking someone else. She was frozen in place as Loki and the woman separated from each other. The woman looked perfect. Had everything Y/N wished she physically had.

"Who are you?" The woman asked rudely.

"D-Darling... please... I can..." Bucky was about to say something to interrupt Loki when Y/N intervened. She was completely numb.

"Don't mind me. I'm just the ex here to get her shit..." She turns to Bucky. "Ok if I stay at your place for a while? I know it's hard but..." Bucky nods as the woman quickly gets dressed and high tails it out of there. Loki uses his magic to get dressed and tries to go after her.

"Y/N wait!" Bucky shoved Loki back and went to help his best friend pack. She was sobbing and couldn't really see what she was frantically throwing into her suitcase so Bucky took over. Loki made it into the room after Bucky started packing. She was sitting on the bed sobbing loudly. Loki froze in the door way. She was really going to leave. She was really heart broken.

"GET OUT! GET OUT OF THIS ROOM AND GO FUCK YOUR WHORE!" She never screamed. She was his light and he just stomped it out. Stomped it out after she helped him through every nightmare, reassured him with every insecurity he had, stood by him when he pranked the others, even took the blame for some, cooked dinner with him after she taught him how to cook, danced with him in their living room, and silently read with him.

"Darling please... I don't know what I was thinking..." Loki got to the edge of the bed and knelt down in front of her.

"I know what you were thinking... asshole." Bucky mumbles as he kept packing as quickly as he could so he could get Y/N out of there.

"Please... darling I'm so so sorry." He goes to touch her but she shoves his hand away. Y/N scoots back, further into the bed. Wiping the tears that kept spilling. Loki kept his eyes locked on her and saw another change of emotion. She looked... numb and empty again. He felt his heart shattering as he watched her. "I'm really sorry Darling... please just talk to me... I can... I'm..."

"You're only sorry that you got caught." Loki's eyes widen as she speaks. She then chuckled a little, her voice sounding void of anything. "I mean look at that girl... she was everything I wished I could be for you. You told me I was more than enough and my dumbass actually was beginning to believe you on that!" She continued to chuckle to herself as Loki's heart continued to shatter. He really fucked up. Like really fucked up.

"Darling..."

"STOP CALLING ME THAT!" She snapped. "YOU HAVE LOST EVERY SINGLE RIGHT TO CALL ME THAT!" Loki was relieved that there was still some emotion in her but her words stung. He had lost every right.

"How long?" She asked, back to no emotion. "Has it been the whole few months that you wouldn't even touch me? Was it always with that whore or were there multiple?" Loki looked down at his knees on the floor.

"N-Not the first month... But the second and this month... yes..." Loki felt the tears begin to roll down his cheeks. "I-It was n-never the same person either..."

"Oh God...." She sobbed out and then she jumped off the bed. "Tell me why?"

"I..."

"And don't say you made a fucking mistake because you made the same God damned choice over and over again with different people!" They didn't even notice that Bucky went into their bathroom to grab her toiletries. "TELL ME DAMN IT!" Loki flinched as he stayed knelt on the ground. Why did he do this? They were happy. When did he decide to do this. Then it dawned on him, he knew it still wasn't her fault but a few months ago Bucky would start spending the night on their couch. She would help him with his nightmares and was helping Loki less. He did what he always does when he feels that someone was about to walk out on him, he pushed them away. But seeing her like this... he realized that was never the case, she really was just being a friend to Bucky.

"I... Y/N... I was being really dumb... I... I thought you were leaving because... I-If you weren't with me you were with Barnes and... I realize now that... that I was being..." She threw pillows at Loki.

"YOU ASSHOLE! YOU FUCK OTHERS BECAUSE OF SLIGHT JEALOUSY THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DISSOLVED IF YOU JUST FUCKING TALKED TO ME?!" She held onto the last pillow and began to hit Loki with it as he stood to try and hold her back but Bucky beat him to it and hugged her to him as she struggled to break free. "HOW FUCKING MANY LOKI?!"

"FOUR!" Loki shouted back at her. He quickly calmed himself down as she screamed in pain. The going back and forth between numb, empty, angry and just plain sad was tough for Loki to watch but he put her here. He made a choice, a choice that now would probably put her out of his life forever. "Please... we can get through this love... I love you and I made a bad decision... but please... I will do anything for you to stay... anything you ask I will do it..." She turned into Bucky's chest sobbing hysterically. She couldn't even look at him anymore.

"It's time for us to go Doll... everything's packed." She nodded and wrapped her arms around his neck. He held her up with his metal arm under her thighs. His flesh hand grabbing her suitcase.

"Now hang on just a minute. You can't just take her! She can't just leave!" Loki snarled. He was desperate. He didn't want to lose her. But he already had. He knew he lost her the minute she walked through the door to their apartment.

"Actually she can. You fucked 4 people Loki. Let's be honest here, you would have continued to do it if she didn't catch you tonight. She has done nothing but cry to me because you wouldn't touch her or look at her." Loki stared at Bucky but his heart shattered more as he continued. "I have a girlfriend but she has two boys. My nightmares get violent and I hate being alone. So this was just until the nightmares subsided and I could safely be at Sarah's. And for the record, she was also having me train her because she thought the reason you weren't touching her, was because she wasn't pretty enough for you. Of course we all told her otherwise but she wouldn't relent. She had to be perfect for you... the guy who would rather fuck around than talk about his feelings."

"Barnes please.... Let me just..." Loki tried reaching for her hand but Bucky stormed out of the apartment with her still sobbing. She wouldn't look at Loki because if she did, she would take him back. She melt into his arms and stay. But she also knew she would never trust him again. Four people. He betrayed her with four different people. Bucky carried her all the way to his apartment and Loki didn't chase after them. Both sobbed the entire night, wishing for what could have been.
