- Melody Pov -

I cried on the floor as Helbram held me. I was scared, angry and embarrassed by what was currently unfolding. Diane came bolting up the stairs. She looked furious.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?" She screamed, Helbram squeezed me tighter as he made me keep my head down. Diane came over to us and stood there, glaring. "You better fucking explain yourselves or I'm going to get really angry!" Diane growled.

Helbram glared back at her. "We went to a party, got drunk and then the rest we had no control over." He explained and started caressing my hair to get me to stop hyperventilating. "It's my fault she's pregnant...I took her to that party...I'm sorry, Mum."

Diane grit her teeth and held up her hand. "You better give me one damn good reason not to backhand you, Helbram Gloxinia Flora!" I was practically shaking. I had never heard Diane use Helbram's full name before.

He sighed. "I don't have a reason...I'm sorry, just don't hurt Melody..." He whispered to her.

"Right."

He suddenly gave her the coldest look I had ever seen. "And if you do hurt her...then I'll fucking kill you!"

Diane growled at his words and raised her hand higher.
"You fucking brat!" She yelled and went to smack him.

"DIANE!" Zeldris snapped at her, stopping her from deleting him from existence. "Don't you DARE!" He stopped himself from getting aggressive. "Get away from them...they need you to understand that they made a fucking mistake! Kids make mistakes, so give them some fucking support!"

Diane scoffed and lowered her hand. She glared at uncle Zeldris. "What would you know about parenting!? You only recently found out you had a daughter. How are you qualified to tell me what to do with my son!?" She accused. He was taken aback and maybe even a little hurt. But he stood firm.

"Listen here you bitch! I may not have known I had a biological daughter, but my niece is the closest thing I have to one! So you try to hurt her or her boyfriend...then I'll fucking Rip you to shreds!" He growled dangerously. Protectively.

She scoffed and took one last look at Helbram; who was cowering in fear with me tightly held against his chest.
"There's no point in even trying anymore...You're no longer my son, you're a disappointment!" She spat and left the room; slamming the door behind her. There was a moment of silence before I heard Helbram break and felt his body shaking as he began to cry.

I rubbed his arm softly and hugged him tightly. "It's okay...w-we have each other...that's a-all that matters." I soothed as he full on sobbed into my hair.

Uncle Zeldris came over and put his arms around us. "It's okay, don't cry. I can understand that you two made a mistake...with a big consequence. But I'll support you no matter what." He paused. "Melody, you're my only niece and Helbram...you're like a nephew I never had. I don't want you guys to suffer for this...so you can both live with me if you want." He said.

I wiped my tears away and so did Helbram. "Really?" We both said in unison.

"Yes."

"Th-thank you...Uncle Zeldris." Helbram said softly.

- Zeldris Pov -

Everyone left within 10 minutes of the fight. King had come upstairs about 5 minutes before they left to yell at Helbram and Melody, of which I yelled back and told him to shove it up his ass. He didn't like that. Gelda came upstairs too to try and comfort them, so did Zenita. They were both so understanding of the situation. Gelda raised a good kid. My kid.

But they left too, because they don't live here. Meliodas is still out cold and Melody and Helbram are sitting on the couch; snuggled up with a blanket watching Harry Potter. I walked out of the kitchen and sat on the couch. "Are you guys okay now?" I asked delicately.

They both nodded, eyes glued to the screen. I nodded back as I drank my pitch black coffee. "Meliodas is probably still asleep...I should..."

"Do you really think I should get rid of it?" Melody suddenly asked, causing Helbram to gasp out of shock.

"What!? Why!?" He asked.

She didn't look either of us in the eyes, her face remained directed at the TV.
"I just...think our lives would be better off that way." Her bottom lip began to tremble as tears threatened to fall.

I looked at her with sadness. "Is it because of what your dad said?"

"..." She went to speak, but stopped; taking a moment to compose herself before explaining. "Yes..."

Helbram looked at me and then back at her. "But, Melody...you're 3 months and 2 weeks pregnant. You can't get an abortion."

"I know...I'm not going to."
