Pheonix was attempting to catch up to Jaguar as he made his way around the building, but instead passed an unfamiliar face. It was another dragon, this time a young, narrow face with green and red striped fur. They had normal clothes, not a scientist, guard, or subject. "Who are you? You're not supposed to be in here." She questioned, stopping.
The dragon shrugged. "I was making camp in the woods, and I heard this alarm and saw some people running away so decided to see what was going on."
"Well you need to go, now. Forget what you saw here, and don't come back." Pheonix said, practically dragging him by his hood to the nearest exit, not wanting him to get caught and become the newest subject. Dutchies were rare, and almost guaranteed to have natural powers.
"What? Why?" He questioned, confused. "There are some questions that you are better off not knowing; now get." Pheonix replied, shoving him out of the door. Damien fell back onto the ground, not having expected that. Trippze had been just beyond the door and came over as Pheonix face-palmed.
"What's this?" Trippze asked, picking the dragon up and putting him in cuffs. Pheonix sighed and looked up at Trippze. "Look, I saw this guy just wandering around the lab, so I tried kicking him out before he could see anything he wasn't supposed to. You know what Jaguar would do to him— make him another lab-rat." She explained.
Trippze smiled wide. "Well, we just lost three lab-rats, why not bring him a new one?" He said. Damien looked between the two. "What the hell are y'all taking about?" He questioned sharply. Pheonix glared at Trippze for a second before stepping back. "Fine. But you're going to be the one that tells Jaguar. He's not in a fantastic mood. You found the dragon snooping on your way in." She said.

——-

Trippze sighed. "I'm fine with that." He said, taking the dragon in. The smaller dragon tried resisting, to which Trippze just chuckled. "You're not going anywhere, new kid." He said as Pheonix split. "I'll still try." The dragon said, still continuing an attempted escape, fighting Trippze to no avail as they walked past many cells. Eventually Trippze stopped and threw the dragon into an empty one. "You ain't getting out." He said, before heading off towards Jaguar's office.
Once Trippze entered, Jaguar glanced up, raising an eyebrow. "What is it? Did you find any of the escapees?" The taller creature asked, standing.
Trippze shifted his feet uneasily. "No, I couldn't find any of the escapees. But I did find an intruder who entered the facility and locked him in a cell." He replied.
"Damnit." He heard Jaguar curse under his breath. "I'll see if he is of any use. You keep an eye out for the other three whether it be in the news, in the forest, or in town." He said. "You have any information, you come straight to me, got it?" He ordered, his red eyes narrowed.
Trippze nodded. "Of course, sir. Also, he seems to be a Dutch Angel dragon. It put him in cell #60 on cell block one." He added before stepping out the door.

——

Jaguar nodded. Interesting, how a dutchie would just wonder all the way up to my doorstep. He thought as he made his way to the cell that Trippze had mentioned, knocking on the clear door. Damien looked up. "I guess you're not here to save me." He muttered.
Jaguar chuckled lowly. "That's funny. Say, this may make or break you; Do you have powers of any sort?" He asked. Of course that was a lie. Either way he was keeping him locked in the facility. His venomous tail lashed back and forth dangerously, the only visible effect of his frustrated emotions.
Damien shook his head. "Nothing, unless you'd count flying with my own two wings." He replied. Jaguar was mildly shocked. Most Dutchies had some sort of definitive power. But he was frustrated, and wanted to play with this fresh mind a bit.
"And for some reason, I don't believe that." He said, entering the room, his tail curling towards the dutchie. "Say, humor me, what is your worst fear?" Jaguar questioned.
"Uhh, long pointless conversations?" Damien replied. "You're really getting on my nerves. But I can work with that." Jaguar said flatly, before smiling again. He started an illusion around Damien. For every second that passed in real time, it felt like days to the dragon. Days upon days upon days. Jaguar simply waited a couple minutes before breaking the illusion, suddenly right in front of Damien's face. "Now, care to answer honestly?" He asked in a smooth voice.
Damien jump-startled. "How the hell did you do that?" He questioned. Jaguar tilted his head, digging his claws into the dragons shoulders. "Come on, you have to have something... I can tell by your false sense of pride. It's making you... cocky." He hissed.
Damien winced. "I don't know what you're talking about, I'm telling the truth." He said. Jaguar regained his smile and pulled away. "Then you're useless. For the time being, at least." He said,  stepping back out and locking the door behind him. Damien rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, fuck you." He grumbled.
