"Want to grab something on the way back, or do you just want to go home?" Blacklight suddenly asked after a few minutes of walking. "Hmm, let's get some milkshakes, they're actually pretty good. I bet Trippze would like one." Star replied with a smirk. "There should be a restaurant on the left up here." She added. "Ok, but are we sure we want to send Trippze down that path?" Blacklight asked.
"He'll do it anyways." Star replied with a shrug "You're probably right." Blacklight admitted. Star chuckled and spotted the restaurant, walking up to it. Blacklight walked in and started to look at the menu as Star text Echo. 'What type of shake do u and Gluzze want? :3' Echo looked at it for a second. "That's a strange face." He muttered. "Hey Gluzze, do you like vanilla or chocolate?" He asked her. Trippze looked down at Echo. "Chocolate or vanilla? What are you getting... Icecream? Maybe... MILKSHAKES?!?" He said, looking excited.
"Chocolate," Gluzze replied, tilting her head at Trippze's enthusiasm. "Perhaps." Echo shrugged. Sending their replies back to Star. She already knew that Trippze wanted mint. "Guess you'll never know." He said. "If it is I want mint." Trippze, batting at Echos face with a paw. Echo just chuckled.
Blacklight started order herself a shake and a small fry. Star got the rest, then grabbed a seat to wait. Eventually they came out and she picked up three of the shakes, leaving the other two for Blacklight. The cat grabbed the other two and started to walk out of the building. Star followed, yawning. "So... back to the house." She said, looking down. "What do you think is going on with Fire and Az? We can't keep Zane and Pheonix there forever." She brought up while they where alone again.
"I'm not sure, but the two of them are up to something." Blacklight said. "Yeah... I don't know who to trust anymore. Well, you and Echo are okay, but the robots? Madara? And we don't know about Azreal yet." She said. "Yeah, and it's obvious that the two in the basement did something to Alexander." Blacklight replied, obviously worried.
Star nodded. "We should probably keep Trippze from going down there. I mean, I know he has the weird adult mind thing, but he's technically still a kid." She suggested. "Yeah, and he has seemed a bit protective of them." Blacklight muttered. "Not as much as Alex, but still...."
Star sighed as they approached the house. "Alright, we'll see what happens when we suggest it." She said. "Yeah," Blacklight agreed as she knocked on the door. Echo's ears perked and he got up, opening the door for them. Star smiled and put her handful in the kitchen counter. She grabbed Trippze's and Gluzze's shakes, going over to hand them to them.
Trippze looked excited. "Hell yeah, MILKSHAKES!" He exclaimed. Gluzze tilted her head and sniffed it. Blacklight set the ones she was holding down and took hers. "You're welcome~" Star said, going back to grab hers before disappearing up to her room. She had a lot to think about, and really just wanted to to talk to Cliff instead of deal with whatever was going on.
Gluzze started to try hers, then immediately snached it and started to drink it really fast. "Hey, you might want to slow down." Blacklight said. Trippze looked at Gluzze with distaste. "Hey, don't drink so fast. These delicacies must be savored, not drunk in one gulp." He said eloquently. Echo put his down. "She'll stop when she gets a brain freeze." Echo said with a chuckle.
Right on cue Gluzze got one, she put her shake down and held her head with a hiss. Trippze sighed and shook his head.
"YOU DIDN'T GET US MILKSHAKES??" Phoenix shouted from the basement. "FUCK YOU!!" Blacklight shouted back. "NO YOU!" She shouted back and Zane covered his ears. "Seriously?" He asked. "Yeah, they got milkshakes without us! The audacity." She said with a chuckle. Echo rolled his eyes, annoyed

"Shut the fuck up." Firetail said to the both of them. "Oh now we can't talk." Pheonix grumbled. "Well, you did kill two of their friends and set the lab on fire." Zane pointed out. "Whatever." Firetail was confused a second, then got flashbacks to the lab on fire, trying to escape Jaguar. Then to the descriptions of Cass and Galaxy's bodies, things he had shoved into the back of his mind, and snapped out of the syrum for a second. "I'LL KILL YOU!" He shouted.
Pheonix just laughed at this. Firetail started to melt the door again, but the syrum started to kick back in as he fell the floor in pain, grabbing his head.
