The Alluvium Part 1: The Understudy Bolin X OC Legend of Korra

Chapter 3 The Revelation part 1:

A/N: Another rewritten chapter. I am changing the direction of  the plot. So please keep up with the changes! Also Signs of abuse, so if you are triggered plse don't read. :)

Setting: Day after Korra teamed up with The Fire Ferrets and won the match. She went back to air temple island thinking that Sakari had already went to bed and decided to check in with her in the morning.

Korra POV:

*Stretches*

I look out the large open window looking outside to see the sun rising over republic city. Watching the golden ray hit Aang's monument in front of air temple island like he was some sort of god. I guess he kinda was....

My lungs inhale deeply and withdrawal my breath slowly in satisfaction.

I feel a smile form on my face realizing the outcome of certain events. everything seems to be going well.

I have to go see Sakari! She has to know that I won and she has to know that Tenzin is letting me probend now.

I walk down the long wide hallway in the house, I pass a couple of air acolytes and casually give them a head nod as the "Avatar". Sakari's room isn't far from mine, in fact, her room is the closest to mine out of everyone here.

I walk up to Sakari's door and look at all of the detailing she has on it, I keep meaning to ask if she carved it herself. There is a giant cherry blossom tree in the center and there are two elements swirling around it. The element with the ribbons and the smooth flowing swirls must represent water. The other element is very distinct and rough which has to be earth bending.

Maybe I should ask her what it means..

I pull my fist up to the door to knock lightly

"Sakari, are you up?"

No answer

I Knock harder this time

"Sakari, stop being lazy and get up!"

I still don't hear a single thing coming from her room, I guess its time for me to go wrestle her out of bed...

"I'm coming in!"

I turn the knob slowly and peak inside, to my surprise she isn't in bed! Her bed is practically untouched.

I shrug my shoulders and saunter out of her room and slowly close the door behind me.

*sigh* I guess I'll go eat some grub.

I begin walking towards down the hallway that leads me directly to the dining room. I am interrupted by a gust of wind and hyper airbender monkeys... I mean children.

"HEY KORRA"...."BYE KORRA" They said in sync.

A smile makes its way on my face and a continue walking to the dining room.

I pause in the doorway and see Tenzin drinking a cup of green tea and reading the morning paper.

"Good Morning Korra, ready to start Airbending training once again?" Tenzin asked with a curious tone in his voice not glancing up from his paper.

"Not quite Tenzin, I have practice with the fire-ferrets in a bout an hour. I'll be ready to practice tomorrow for sure!"

"Korra, You can't just put your Avatar duties aside for a silly game."

"It's not a silly game. It helps me learn more about bending. Did you not see me last night? I was actually moving like an airbender! After days of no success I was finally able to do it because of probending."
